We LOVE our flatware from JazzUpCo! We had previously ordered a set from another website and it wasn’t long before they were chipping and showing wear. We saw this set and absolutely loved it and 10 months later they still look brand new. They are a great weight when you hold them in your hand and do not show any signs of wear! Great Products and customer service
Great quality with superb customer support. 10 months after purchase I had a plate crack and reached out for help in replacing the item. Simply hoping to buy 1 plate. They sent me the replacement free of charge! Not to mention, when I made my original purchase of the entire set from plates, flatware, cups and mugs, one item was mishandled by the shipper and crushed. They sent out a replacement for that item, so questions asked. Very nice, very professional. Amazing products that are a showpiece in my tiny house!

I am a repeat client as our first set of flatware was amazing. We get compliments almost every time we have guests over. We wanted to add on to our current set by adding more pieces so we placed a 2nd order. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong style and had to make a return. The customer service was AMAZING! Marynell and Alex answered my request after hours and provided awesome solutions in minutes after 10pm! Now, this may not be the standard(if so, wow mind blow) but even if its a one time occurrence they made me feel appreciated and valued. I am a business owner and I was inspired by their care and attention. Thank you Jazzup Co and thank you specifically to Marynell and Alex. 10 stars in my book.

I bought the whole set to my house and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They look amazing even after dishwasher and they are easier to clean and don’t look stained at all. Plus the material has quality. I recommend them!

Worm finish on some pieces after 3 months
Very pretty flatware I ordered two sets. Unfortunately after a few months some pieces started losing the gold finish. Their website says it is dishwasher safe but when I wrote to the company they said I should be using an eco cycle on my dishwasher to wash them. Really? Nowhere on their website do they say this. They offered a replacement of the damaged pieces and a discount on a bother set with a different finish. I said no. So if you buy from this company be aware that the flatware is not as high quality as they make it out to be.

As advertised, our flatware is dishwasher safe, and we also share care tips on our website to help keep it looking pristine for years to come like using the eco-friendly or gentle cycle on your dishwasher. Just to clarify, this is simply a way to help maintain the finish over time and doesn’t mean the flatware isn’t dishwasher safe.
For a bit of background, our flatware is made from 18/10 stainless steel with 100-cycle titanium alloy plating, one of the strongest materials available, using advanced plating technology. With over 100,000 orders fulfilled, cases like this are very uncommon, and we haven’t seen similar reports since our 2024 upgrade. That said, depending on usage, slight fading (around 10–15%) can sometimes occur and is generally considered normal wear.

Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. They will make you jump through hoops to make a return. Emailing them and taking photos of everything. No other company forces customers to do this for a simple product. They want to make it so difficult that you don't bother.
The products are not high quality. Very bad craftsmanship but this is what you get for buying stuff from an Instagram Ad I guess..

Amazing Prducts
The flatware and knives I received were beautiful; they were packed perfectly. I love the look and feel of each items. I did have a very minor issue with the salt and pepper shakers but is was resolved immediately; the customer service was outstanding. I will continue to shop with jazzupco and highly recommend them to friends and family. I can't wait to see more items from them.

Every piece has scratched and gold…
Although my gold silverware discolored, maybe it was due to dishwasher, the company is sending me a brand new set in silver, hopefully this will not discolor and I can use in dishwasher. I think the quality of the silverware is great but people should be likely handwash if they get a set that is plated or colored other than silver.

Just to clarify, the gold finish did not fade, but the pieces appear to have been scuffed, which can happen if the surface comes into contact with harder materials over time.
Our gold flatware uses titanium-alloy plating, the strongest finishes currently available, and it is dishwasher-safe. With over 100,000 orders fulfilled, cases like this have been very uncommon.
