Recieved Ava Matte Gold 8 pcs set as housewarming gift! Really loved the matte colour and the culteries are slightly weighted, so do feel that they are of good quality and luxurious too. Have been using them for 1 year, occasionally using dishwasher when hosting and the colour has not fade off! Also scoping out Ben & Jerry ice cream from the pine is no longer an issue; the spoon has a certain thickness and we are not afraid of bending/breaking it. Its's amazing! Would recommend family and friends to try it!

Bought the gold an black Ava sets for my moms birtday, best gift I've ever gotten probably. She was over the moon, no idea how to top it next year (maybe the dinnerware?)

They look stunning and also feel great in hand... I barely managed to convince her to use the black set daily and it hasn't shown any wear and tear in the couple months of use, the gold one is tucked away for special dinners though :D 100% recommend it!

My shipment got lost in transit and then they made me wait an entire month for another shipment because the items I originally ordered were no longer available. Instead of sending them as soon as I told them I didn’t receive them, they made me fight with USPS about it, which did nothing to help me in the end. Also the silverware gets bad water stains.

Update to the below: The founder, Lawrence, reached out and truly went above and beyond to fix the situation. He did say this was the first time anything like this has happened and he offered to replace any of the pieces that had an issue as well as send a few extras just in case. He also made it so I didn’t have to return anything just to make it easier on my end and then offered to send a few additional new pieces as a gift. I don’t think any company has ever offered to remedy a situation like this so I am very appreciative.

I purchased a set of 12 of the Ava collection and not only did some come scratched and dented, which is easy to see since they are matte, the gold on the steak knives rubbed right off on day one onto my hand!

I just received the Ava flatware set and serving pieces for an early Christmas gift. They are amazing! After researching a gold set for a while these have the best review. I couldn't believe how heavy/solid they are. I can't wait to set the table for Christmas. I am already back on the website to get a few more pieces that I originally didn't think I "needed" ;)

We ordered the black and gold cutlery over a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about it! They’ve held up perfectly with daily use and dishwashing without a single blemish. They still radiate and impresses every dinner guest we host. Also the matching chopsticks were 👌🏻

I was on the hunt for a specific flatware pattern that I saw at an adorable cafe whilst on vacation-that’s what led me to Jazzupco. Not only did they have the exact cutlery (Vatican) it came in 3 finishes. Once my order arrived, it surpassed expectations with quality (great weight and craftsmanship) and I promptly ordered a second set of the same. I also ordered the bamboo organizer and matching chopsticks. The company sends thank you emails for each order and I was luckily gifted a complimentary gift on my second order. I loved the free gift so much, I reached out to customer service inquiring how to purchase a piece for it. Not only did they promptly reply to me, they offered to send me the item. This is not only an ethically minded (important to me) company but everything I’ve ordered is beautiful and I am proud to display in my home. Dining feels like an elevated experience now. The customer service is exceptional and in a world of big box corporation that really means something.

My wife was interested in a set of silverware as a gift. It's obviously a premium price, but as a special occasion, I thought it was great. I completed the purchase only to receive a series of upsells that can be "accidentally" purchased with a single click. Suddenly, my transaction went from $150 to $300, with no way to cancel a single item on the order. Customer service was unresponsive. I sent an email and am still waiting. I'm furious. Absolutely would not shop here again.

I took a chance ordering gold flatware from this company after seeing their ad on IG and doing my research online. My family and I have spent at least 4 times their value on other gold flatware in the past 2-3 years which always loses its gold color and its chemicals we are consuming at that point. Jazzupco’s flatware was shipped and received super fast, and their amazing quality has been evident from the careful and climate conscious packaging to the way the flatware looks and feels! I am confident that these will not lose their color. I will ensure to update this as I use them and how they hold up but for now, these are highly recommended! I can’t wait to see what I’ll order next.

First off, OUTSTANDING customer service. I had purchased their silverware set in gold last month. I saw an ad again today and realized they make white with gold!!! I didn’t see that when first ordering. So I reached out to customer service (beyond the 30 day refund or exchange) and they are happily exchanging it for me without even hesitation. All I had to do was show proof that they were never used yet. (I got them because I am moving and was storing them for my new place). The quality of the silverware is amazing and on the heavier side which makes me think they will last quite some time. Thank you to Rosie for helping me! You will have a customer for life!

I love the design and the weight of the flatware. Your money is well spent and it has a classy look. It’s maintained it’s look and has never faded. I get compliments often as they look and weigh it in their hand

I just received my Ava flatware the other day and have been quite happy so far. They are a satisfying weight and finish, and they feel like good quality during use. I was worried that the spoons looked a bit flat and shallow online, but was pleasantly surprised by the bowl when they arrived.

My only real negative for the design is that the brands name is engraved on the handle of every piece. This seems a little tacky to me, but it’s pretty subtle, so it’s not a deal breaker. I haven’t had them long enough to tell if rust will be a problem, so fingers crossed!

A minor gripe: each place setting arrives individually packaged in a canvas bag inside the box of 4. Each bag has stitching that creates a pocket for each piece, which is a nice presentation and surely protects the pieces in transit, but it’s ultimately pretty wasteful since they don’t really have any possibility for reuse. I got service for 16, so that’s a lot of additional trash.

Customer service has been great so far. My chic glass pot arrived broken, but the rep I chatted with was friendly and efficient in getting a replacement sent. Hopefully the new one is intact, because it is a really nice looking pitcher for serving water.

I’ve been using my flatware set for a little over a month and I’m satisfied with the durability and style of the minimalist set I purchased. So this rating would have been a 5 HOWEVER the knives in my set are already rusting so I’m a little disappointed that I’ve only had these for a month and the knives are rusting. They say dishwasher safe but I will clean them by hand and dry them to limit the amount of rust.

I received my order early, two sets of silverware and S&P shakers. I was thrilled with the quality and design. Can't wait to start using them. I did have a slight issue with my order. I emailed their customer service department and heard back within the hour and they immediately fixed the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend if you are looking to "jazz up" your flatware game!

There was a shipping disaster on the first go round (USPS's fault), and JazzUpCo had fantastic customer service. They took care of the issue even though it wasn't their fault. I finally received my silverware, and I love it! Looks great and such high quality! Highly recommend.
