Took out insurance to cover a car whilst it was being sold. The car was on a private plate and about a week into the insurance (taken for 28 days) we needed to remove the plate and put the car back into its old plates. We were not permitted to change the plate in the policy and basically paid £200 for a week’s cover. Went elsewhere for cover after the plate change.

Useful as it was an emergency but it is a scam to charge £35 a day to use a 2014 car of my mother in law, to someone who has 7 years+ no claim bonus. Next time it's more convenient renting a car.

Easy to arrange, instant cover. No Drama!

everything went great till it come to the hire bit at the end. they told me that they would arrange it for me and the hire company to ring me before 1,00pm when they hadn't rang i rang them and was told there wasn't one at the moment for me and they would ring me back before 4.00 pm. at 4.30pm i rang them again and this till they they still hadn't got me one. i ended been stranded in Rotherham at 6.00 at night from when i reported the accident. i took another hour having to sort it out myself which i think was out of order, if i had known that i would have been away a lot earlier and hired something myself. it shouldnt be put on the insurance if your not going to do it. i was well upset about it and nobody a the insurence place was intrested. like more than likely this will be going to deaf ears. i got home around 9.00 pm where i should have been home hours and to top that i still didn't get any transport till i get another van and it seems like you dont care. enough said you can see i wasnt pleased with the service . thanks brian winfield

Ordered one day insurance then tried to cancel as it said I could on the website, no response and no response to emails, not impressed at all.

Very happy with Jaunt insurance, got cover on my friend’s car for a five day road trip to Germany so we could share the driving, very easy well priced and they made it clear it included European cover. It didn’t include cover for the Nürnbergring but that was probably for the best 😬

Cancelled their car insurance policy in writing as it was not used. No refund. No insurance. Beware of these shysters!

Needed insurance cover to get my vehicle home from the dealership, got a good price from jaunt,!!!!! The website kept crashing!!!!! What a waste of my time 👎
