One of the worst retailers; I received a product worth half what I paid for. Order #11293 from 27/11/2024

Zero rated review for utter rubbish marketed as high end quality. Very clever and deceitful marketing used to fool all customers. Purchased three items, all if which were if very very very poor quality. No hope of recourse. All made in far east and certainly not London.
A scam.

Boots not as described (not leather )No returns address supplied, despite repeated requests.
No address for the company can be located in the UK or The Netherlands (where the retailer claims registation)
Boots contain a made in china label confirming the construction only to be of manmade materials.
Offered 25% & 50% reduction in cost and keep the goods, eventually offered a !00% refund if I bought something else from them, no chance.
Retailer disputed the credit card charge back and the credit card company has boxes to tick, so if you buy something that is advertised as real leather and the label in the boot says only manmade materials used this is not good enough, they will require you to get a specialist to confim, on letterheaded paper, that the item is not leather.
It took a complaint to get money back from the credit card company, but not from the retailer. Trading Standards seem to be struggling as there is no address and the retailer is still closing down, with upto 75% off for over 4months now.

If I could give a 0 score I would. Absolutely terrible company. They are not London based, but China based. Photos are not of their products. They are not closing down and the discounts are because the products are cheap plastic, not leather. I ordered 1 pair of ankle boots- they confirmed 2 pairs and charged me for 2 pairs of the same boot. Within 10 minutes of receiving their confirmation I contacted them to point out the error. They informed me that it was too late as order had been dispatched! This was a lie and I received confirmation that my order was dispatched 3 weeks later. I protested many times that I did not want 2 pairs of the same boot but was told I could return them. Boots arrived and were the wrong size from what I ordered. I sent them a copy of my order proving they had sent the wrong size, and to also request a return form. They ignored this and offered me a 10% refund. I rejected this as I wanted a full refund . After much protesting and several different levels of refund, they finally offered me 50%. Or send the boots back to a Chinese address costing £30-£40. I probably would have lost the boots and all my money. Frustrated with their lack of customer service and avoidance tactics I accepted the 50% refund. I’m donating the boots to charity as I cannot wear them. Disgraceful company and should be taken to court. Avoid at all costs. Pinterest should not be advertising their products.

Ordered a jumper and at checkout I was asked if I wanted further discount. naturally I said yes....as a result I actually ended up buying 2 identical jumpers. I emailed them immediately but was told I could not cancel as it was an automated system but could return the second jumper when it arrived and pay the shipping costs to China....around £35 - more than the jumper cost!!
I wish I had looked at Trustpilot first..... They market themselves as a UK company who are closing down so the advertised prices are very reduced. Another con. Shocking that they get away with this. They still send me emails with great offers so they are clearly still in business! Only positive is that the jumper looks nice but time will tell once it has been washed a few times.

If there was a way to leave a minus 5 star review, it still wouldn’t be enough.
Same story as other reviews, ordered shoes purporting to be Diesel sneakers, they arrived and were just horrendous. Wrong size, no labels. Genuinely awful.
And as in other reviews, the company want £30 to send the items back to get a refund, which I’m sure would never materialise.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Horrendous experience marketing themselves as a UK company, but are Chinese. Shoes missold, not as advertised, said Diesel make but no labels and no size. Completely wrong size. Feels like a big scam as being told I need to pay £30 to return to China to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. The platform Shop who list them should do more to vet companies on their site to protect consumers in the UK

I never learn. I give 1 stars as don't know yet. I just order shoes for mistake wrong colour. But doesn't have cancel order. I emailed straight away. No answer yet. The problem i order straight another one. So £100 poof.? Hope they will refund. After reading reviews I want all money back. Why so many scams? I will change my review if will go well.

Minus 200 if possible. I've just had the exact pantomime as Mr Abelon. I feel a right berk for not checking this outrageous firm out.

Saw this very well presented advertisement on Pinterest, thought I would do my due diligence and check the reviews for the company. Once again Trustpilot has saved me a little stress and financial heartache. I won’t be placing an order… A guiding principle, ‘always check the reviews’!

Absolutely horrendous website.

I ordered 3 jumpers costing over £80 in total, for them to arrive post Christmas and be terrible quality. I then asked for a refund to which they did exactly the same thing as other reviews. Due to the higher cost, I did send this back to china which cost me £30 5 weeks ago. I have had numerous emails back and forth and haven’t received any refund yet!! Do not use this website!!

Why don’t you have minus stars, product sub standard Chinese of unbelievable poor quality. No reasonable return policy other than telling you it’s your responsibility to send to China. Do not touch them.

The jumper i ordered bore no resemblance to the picture online.
I would therefore judge that the company is in breach of the trades description Act.
I suggested to them that they had carried out a fraud on me. Like other reviewers I was told I could have my money back but would have to return the product to China which costs at least £30. Given it cost £32 this makes no sense. They offered me a 10% refund. I said no they then offered a 35% refund. I said no. Then they offered 50% and again I said no. But they didnt increase their offer further. I have reluctantly accepted the 50%.
In my opinion these people are deliberately breaching the trades description act and they are corrupt.

Do not purchase anything from this company! They didn't send me the product I purchased from the website, they sent a substandard product that even had the washing label cut out! I paid £34.99, and to get a full refund I have to return the product to China, with return postage starting from £30! They don't have a complaints procedure. I have sent 5 emails to date with no satisfactory outcome!

I wish I had seen the reviews for this company before I placed an order with them! I, as other reviews have said, I would give them a zero if it was an option.
I ordered a mens flying jacket which in the photo looked great, just what I was looking for, but in reality, when it arrived and I saw it for the first time, it was quite obvious that the quality was atrocious. In addition to the that, the fit was too big for the labelled size that I ordered.
I immediately emailed them about my concerns to which they replied offering me a 10% discount and I could keep the item. They went on to say that returning it would cost about £30 but didn't include an address to be able to return it.
I then had to reply asking for the address. In the subsequent reply I was offered a 20% refund and to keep the item and still no return address offered. I replied to them again suggesting that they clearly didn't want me return the item as they still hadn't given me a return address and counter offered them for a 50% refund and then I would keep the item.
Their latest reply has been to offer me a 35% refund or 50% discount in store. They also reminded me, as if to discourage me that it would cost £30 to return it but added that the returns information I requested was in an attachment. Sadly there was no attachment.
This is ongoing....
DON'T DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!

I would rate this as 0 if I could. Incorrect item delivered… no offer to refund or replace rather pay £30 to return item. No acceptance then got it wrong. Ordered cream jumper got a grey! This is a china based company not London, beware offering bad quality clothes nothing like advertised. Cashmere jumper looks more like a dish cloth: bad customer service: looks like I am left with a jumper that’s not what I ordered and no refund…don’t buy from this website

As other reviews say this is a complete scam.
Ordered 'Diesel' leather trainers and what eventually arrived is a cheaper than cheap looking plastic copy, no labels and only passing appearance to the sales pics.

Not UK but Chinese and I'm advised to return to China at my own cost +£30 throwing more money away with a measly 10% refund offered.
Buyers beware. Interesting to see the website states they are closing down. Good riddance.

The item received only resembles the item advertised vaguely. The pilot's jacket. Read the return policy and despite 30 years in London blurb, it has to be returned at your expense to China. Lies upon lies. A full refund would resolve this with free return as the product is missing described.

I would rather give 0 stars.
This company are rogues, cheating people out of money. They advertise brand names and send you cheap nasty junk. At least 30 dollars to return.
What a total rip-off! Do not buy anything from them.
They should be investigated, they are robbing people.

I am disappointed I fell for the Con, assumed from the name, Jackson London, this was a UK based supplier. Ordered two items the first of which arrived today based on the tracking data this company name should more accurately be Jackson Beijing. The product that has arrived looks nothing like the on line image and does not reflect in anyway the online description. I’ve got a £5 off the market product for 7x the price, I await further disappointment with tomorrow’s scheduled delivery of my second product from the company. Once, twice, bitten twice shy. Don’t waste your money avoid this company like the plague!! I won’t even bother to try the returns process as I suspect this is just a further extension of the con and I will end up out of pocket further and nothing to show for it. My received product will come in handy for decorating apparel paint splashes can only add to its value!!
