Awful experience - discounts offered at check out which meant buying three items by a mistake! Just like another gentleman in another review. This company is not UK based - I am having to return three awful quality dresses - I mean awful quality to CHINA!! Customer service is appalling. Lets see if I receive a refund, something tells me I won't.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

My husband fell for this slick website and ordered some size 9 slip on sneakers. Very slow dispatch from China! Finally a cheap pair of uncushioned plastic sneakers turned up yesterday. I wouldn’t give a tenner for them. Not worth trying to return them as the chances of a refund are probably nil. They do actually fit me and I’m a size 6! I would suggest you avoid this outfit.

I am only going to reiterate what everyone else has said.
This company is a CON, the goods arrive are absolutely rubbish quality so you ask to get a refund which they are really nice about, but you have to pay for postage to China (£40) for small package.
So they have got you either way?
You either keep inferior goods or get ripped off for returning a package on a promise you will get a refund.
I am more annoyed with Social platforms for allowing these advertisements to be shown

The products are extremely poor quality—cheap and tacky. Despite the misleading advertising, everything ships from China and takes 2–3 weeks to arrive. Returning items is a nightmare: you must pay out of pocket (a minimum of €53), and if the return get lost or damaged, you won’t receive a refund. Feels like a scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Just seen the website this is the SAME scammers I was scammed with that set up a "old lady going out of business site" its the same jewellery, they must be making a packet!! Loads of websites!!! Cheap crap...DO NOT LINE THEIR POCKETS! They make it impossible to return items, as charges outweigh refunds in most cases. they go under Maeveaurelia.com, or Helens Gems or nola-boutique.com sites too, god knows how many sites they have going...

This company makes out like they are closing down, only 3 items left, but it is not true! It is a scam! They even have fake trustpilot reviews on their website.

Jackson-london. Absolutely shocking company. It’s a lie! They aren’t based in London they are a Chinese company. 18 emails no refund never received the goods! Shocking! Can’t believe I’ve been scammed. There’s many adverts on Pinterest now using the same photos with a different company name. I’ve reported them all to Pinterest. I’m onto the bank to see if they can retrieve my money for me. We should all report them to trading standards.

SCAM! CON! DO NOT BUY!
They make out that they are a London-based business that is sadly closing down. Shoes eventually arrived from China weeks later and my 5 year-old could have made a better pair at school. Their operation needs to be shut down.

Please don’t buy from this company. I bought a tunic from them and what I received was a crop top, it looks different from advertisement. I have send many emails to them but they on sending me emails that I will receive my order soon.

Awful company... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... they sent me a pair of shoes that are 2 sizes too small and they won't give me my money back ! Oh but they will send me something else from there website if I pay a "small fee of €9.98" haha absolute crooks !!

Don’t buy, they are trying to sell products by saying they are closing down, you buy and they purchase it from China. I have just bought some shoes, the same shoe is £8 on Ali Express and Temu, they say they are leather, uhhh they have never seen a cow.
What a rip off

If i could give a zero rating I could. This is a fraudulent company that advertises incorrectly in my experience. The products are nothing like they are in the pictures and in one instance dangerous because it was advertised as orthopaedic when it is not.

Ordered a jacket, and it’s nothing like the one that was on the model. Completely different buttons, length and material. Material was described as “cotton” it’s the same material that made from dressing gowns. The button on the model were poppers, the one I received were massive brown ones that don’t even go into the holes. The coat on the model ends just below her bottom. The one I received ends at the waist.

This Jackson-London mob are just con men, the lowest of the low. I've now read other reviews and I'm shamed to admit I bought from them. Bought(?) a pair of Diesel branded (that was the advertising) leather casual shoes. They eventually arrived and were PU. Saw the same footwear on Temu for £9.09. Have exchanged a number of emails and like others, got nowhere. Options, spend 25Euros to return to China, then they'll refund - yeah right! Or send an additional £18 for the correct goods. Complete bastards. And we want to trust our infrastructure projects to these robbers!

Item is nothing like the catalogue illustration. Took forever to arrive - dont be fooled by "London" it is from China. My item was nothing like the catalogue illustration - twice as long and unusuable. But returns go back to China it costs $40 to return it to China. What a scam.

This website will be rebranded under a different name, using a similar style and format. I know because I was scammed by the last one Jackson&Sons Ltd. Poor quality, return shipping to China & intentionally misrepresents it's business as a UK company. I eventually got my money back through my bank. My advice is to document all your evidence (take screen grabs of the false website claims) and claim it back from the financial institution that is facilitating payments to such scammers.

Ordered items before Christmas still have not come emailed to many times to mention always reply but nothing happens
Have only gave them a 1 star as there isn’t a zero

DO NOT BUY, IT'S A Scam. Goods come from China, quality is dire, no returns or refunds. Cashmere is polyester and spandex. Total rubbish, couldn't even give them away

If I could leave minus stars I would. This company advertises beautiful shirts in cotton material and sends out cheap version in absolutely awful materials (polyester).The clothes are not fit to wear and are horrendous. They then have the cheek to request up to £40 to send them back.They are ripping people off from their hard earned cash with fake cheap and nasty rags.Avoid like the plague as you won't see a refund ever.Robbing awful people who are illegally taking people's money.
