This company is a complete fraud - do not ever buy anything from them - they send something that does not resemble the ordered article and not wearable just so they have proof . Within their terms there is a returns policy so I decided to test it - after 20+ emails back and forth to Grace - in China , and regardless of cost I sent the item back to china with a reputable carrier. The item got as far as Chinese customs at which stage all communication from them stopped , the address was not unrecognised and paperwork due from them to clear customs never arrived. A complete con from start to finish. I saw that they continue to advertise on Pinterest and other online sites - Please -never never buy anything from them - it is a scam.

Ordered a pair of beautiful looking shoes size 6. After 3 weeks - a size 7 arrived which were obviously too big. I emailed customer services who 'tried' to tell me it would cost $40 to return the shoes. I argued that it was their mistake, so they agreed to replace them and told me to donate the size 7 to a charity shop. Another 3 weeks went past - a size 3 arrived - obviously too small. Again customer services said they would replace. I said ok as genuinely I wanted the shoes to go with a wedding outfit. I waited and waited. I went back to customer services to say that I wanted a refund - my email bounced back. I will now pursue a refund through my credit card company. Like others, I thought I was buying from a genuine UK company based in London. There is one with a similar name....but Jackson-London have craftily misled us.
I hope I have better luck with my bank. I have all the email trails...so fingers crossed that Mastercard can pursue this on my behalf.

The company is just a scammer----do not buy anything from them. Jacket purchased did not look the picture advertised and quality was so poor that I sent it back asking for my money back to Hangzhou City , China. I returned it via Post Office on 29 April 2025 and it was returned from China on 19 November unopened or acknowledged. No reply from Jackson and no money returned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JACKSON-LONDON.

I can’t believe I’ve been conned like this! I ordered 3 cardigans and 2 fleeces. They are not any where near the items on the website I should have received. They are cheap replicas, and not very good ones at that.

My husband took receipt of the order because I was in bed sleeping, as I have health problem and need to take very strong medication, I am disabled. All the items look like they were from a market stall. I wish I’d looked at the reviews. The website looked genuine.

Unfortunately my husband go rid of the packaging so I can’t send them back, I don’t believe there would be a refund forthcoming.

Please, never purchase anything from this company. I ordered an Amelia Vest - material was substandard and there were no labels on the garment. I emailed the company and relayed my complaints. They offered me a replacement at a cost of £9.99 and again this was in the same condition. When trying to return the item to China, it would cost almost the same amount as I paid for it. They offered me a 15% refund on £9.99, (£1.49) not to return the item. I paid £49.94 for substandard merchandise.

An update to reinforce why not to buy from this company. I sent the shoes back which were basically a plastic copy. I followed the returns process, which started in April 2025 and have just had the package delivered back to me 7 months later, as it was refused by the seller. It's hilarious how bad this company is. The plastic shoes worth approximately £3, have travelled more in 7 months than I have in 10 years. Please only buy from this company if you have time on your hands and enjoy being part of a ridiculous scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived they were appalling. They looked absolutely nothing like the advert. When I enquired about returning them they told me the process I needed to follow which included sending them back to China which would cost £30 and they would not guarantee that I would get the money back even when I returned Them. I only ordered them because the Trustpilot on their website showed 4 to 5 stars so they are also displaying that falsely absolutely appalling look nothing like the advert and I took them straight to the charity shop. What a waste of money. Never order from these people although I don’t know how anybody will see this review as all the reviews on their website are false.

I ordered a dress in size 10 it was like a tent, it should have said would fit 10 people in it!! I contacted them and they said keep the dress and send another £9.99 to cover postage and we will send a smaller?? I said i just wanted what i had paid for. I have got nowhere, so ended up putting the dress in the charity shop, which cost me £40.00 don’t waste your money

Never will I purchase from this company again.
The jumper was mis sold. Wrong size and colour.
I went to return this, and it’s going to cost me £25 for return!!!

Awful, cheap pair of boots, nothing like I had ordered. Impossible to return or get my money back.

Ordered a “Mario Leather Jacket” on 1 Oct 2025 — what arrived was cheap plastic, not leather. Misleading product, poor quality, and zero transparency. Delivery promises kept changing (8–12 days became 9–15), and tracking stayed stuck for a week. Every reply felt automated and evasive. Feels like a fake company — avoid at all costs

Nothing advertised on Instagram and the home website is what you think you are purchasing. Should have used common senses.

Very bad customer service and they make you return your item to China, if you insist on your full refund. Just run!!! They are not worth the stress they will put you through!!! Also, you get the opposite of what you order from them.

I ordered a shirt from Jackson London over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I’ve requested a refund, but their policies make it almost impossible to get one.

Their own Terms & Conditions admit:
• “Grace period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal”
• “Day: calendar day”
• “Product may not match the colour you ordered” — and apparently, that’s fine.

Their refund process is absurd: wait 15+ days for delivery, then another 14 days for them to receive and review the item, and only if they’re happy with it will they consider a refund. Any normal UK consumer reading this would say, “WTF?”

How is a company like this allowed to operate in the modern UK? Their policies are misleading, unreasonable, and borderline fraudulent. The quality of their products is questionable, delivery is unreliable, and refunds are a nightmare.

Do not buy from Jackson London. Save your money and avoid the stress — this company is untrustworthy and their practices are effectively a scam

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is an absolute scam. They are not a family business based in London but scammers operating from china. Needless to say the quality of goods is shoddy to say the least. An 8 year old could have produced better although I suspect someone around that age probably did produce what I bought. I paid nearly £40 for a coat that was advertised in a sale as previously £100. I waited several weeks for it to arrive. The packaging was dreadful and the coat was unwearable, extremely poor quality and nothing like the garment advertised in the picture. It went straight in the bin. Do not purchase from the company. You may as well throw your money straight in the bin and cut out the wait!

I ordered the Erah™ | Bustier Pleated Fit & Flare Midi Dress - I WISH I had read the reviews. The website falsely shows fake trust pilot reviews when looking on here you’ll see the truth. The dress is a poorly manufactured knock off of the image on the website. The dress isn’t even the same fabric and is wonky, lumpy and shoddy. The returns policy states you have to pay for your own returns. It costs £20 to send it to China. The name implies they are in London and the website shows Amsterdam. Such a scammy company. I really hope if you’re considering buying from them you see this and go use a local business that will value your custom and be grateful of your patronage.

What ever you do please do not buy from this company i still gave not received my order and can no longer even find the order on tracking and they do not answer my emails i lost £250 ℹ normally check reviews but forgot on this occasion

There is no way to sugar coat this but to say their products are of so poor quality they are not wareable!
The website and Pinterest pages best no resembles to what is supplied after a considerable delivery time. The website is not made clear as the company is based on China and any returning of merchandise is expensive and responsibilities of the consumer.

Don't waste your money and shop elsewhere!
