I had never bought anything from Jesse London before. I had been looking for white or ecru or cream wide leg trousers. I had trawled the internet and came across your company on Pinterest. I read all the details about these trousers and decided they were what I had been looking for. When they eventually arrived and tried them on I was so disappointed. The material was so inferior that the two false pockets on the back of the trousers showed right through the material. I had read all your small print on returns and noted that the buyer was responsible to return the goods to CHINA. Obviously I wasn't going to spend another £20 + on something that had already cost £34.95. I'm afraid I will not be purchasing anything else from you now or in the future.

Items delivered are nothing like the online images. They are China based not in London. An online retail scam. They advertise PayPal merchant but block it. The clothes are most likely highly flammable. BEWARE

They are based in CHINA, not London UK as the name suggests. Long shipping times and crap returns process where they just mess you around. Quality is about what you'd expect from TEMU etc so this is just overpriced and not honest in their location.
AS TO THE REPLY.
Note nothing mentioned about where they are based, nor the rubbish returns (or lack of) process everyone below also talks about, they also do not respond in a timely manner. Reported as card dispute and reported to Trading Standards.

Terrible, ordered a jumpsuit for my hen do, it took 2 weeks to come and when it did arrive it was the worst quality and nothing like the photos. I asked to return it and they offered me a 10% refund (£3.99) when the jumpsuit cost £39.99. How is this acceptable? This company should not be allowed to operate, it's daylight robbery!!

Bought boots for £57.50 from company based in London,boots arrived they smelled bad and were too small all over,the y were supposed to be leather but don't look or smell like it.I tried to return but was told it would be £27.50 and they'd likely be classed as worn by China and refused entry.I asked for some mony back and they would only give £9.50! I doubt i can resell for more than a tenner! Bweare absolute scammers!!!!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, absolutely shocking company and a wonder how they’ve not been shut down. Ordered a suit jacket and it was nowhere near what was advertised. Material was shocking, stitching didn’t line up, 2 sizes too small and not the right colour. I requested a return and refund and instead they sent another jacket without even checking with me. That one arrived after the wedding I bought it for and was exactly the same as the first jacket. I requested to return both items multiple times to which they offered 10% refund, then 15% then 20%. Eventually they provided a return address, a Chinese warehouse, that would cost just as much as the jackets (one I didn’t ask for) to return. They think their company policy, that the customer should cover return costs takes priority over consumer rights law. They should cover the return cost when an item is falsely advertised. It’s clear I’m not the only one from these reviews although apparently according to their website they have 4.7 out of 5 for reviews, another bit of false advertising. Reported to trading standards and hopefully they investigate this scamming company.

Do not buy from Jesse London! If your items arrive damaged, they will ignore your consumer rights and try to force you into accepting unwanted replacements.
I ordered an item that arrived completely frayed, faulty, and of incredibly poor quality, not to mention the wrong colour and pattern! I immediately sent photographic evidence and requested a full refund and a return label. Instead of processing my refund, they completely ignored my request and dispatched an unauthorized replacement, even though the event the clothes were meant for had already passed.
When I formally rejected the replacement and demanded my refund under consumer rights, customer service sent me a generic, copy-pasted script:
"According to our records, a replacement item has already been arranged and dispatched... We kindly ask you to accept the delivery once it arrives."
I replied again, making it explicitly clear that I would be refusing delivery and wanted my money back. They responded by copy-pasting the exact same script a second time! They completely refuse to read emails or honor basic consumer rights.
This company's customer service is an absolute joke. I am refusing the delivery and have been forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Avoid Jesse London at all costs unless you want your money held hostage by a company that relies on automated scripts instead of actually helping customers!

There is no such thing as free returns you have to return back to China or Asia at a huge cost also all the sizing is completely wrong. I would not recommend this company to any one it is a complete farce do not be fooled into thinking they are based in London they are not.

Terrible scam company. I ordered a ladies dress suit and a casual jacket. The material of the suit was sweatshirt material and was dreadful. The jacket was miles too small and the cuffs were 2 inches short. I paid for Return to them for a refund. My parcel is now stuck in Chinese customs. Jesse of London (China!!) Refuse to contact customs to establish the duty due and refuse to pay it. My carrier insists the duty is due by the recipient Jesse of London. I have had strings of emails purporting to being helpful but they are basically ensuring my return never arrives so that they don't need to refund. Disgusted by them! Don't EVER buy anything from them. I even tried to email Chinese Customs myself but 2 emails to 2 separate custom departments were refused to be accepted. So Chinese Customs know the problems but will not engage to help. To Jesse of London do not dare reply to this post with you fake conciliatory concern. You are scammers!!

Ordered linen shorts which came from china and they were not linen and totally see through. Am now battling to try and return them and get my money back. They advertise that the product is in stock from London with roayl mail delivery when in fact its all false

Cheap, poor quality and absolutely nothing like the pictures. Reading the returns policy, items must be returned to china. You have to email to return items and a response isn’t forthcoming. Avoid!
