Honestly the best letting agents we have had to date. The team are very efficient, attentive and quick to action. A special mention of Usha, Johanna and Shuresh from the Borehamwood team. Thank you so much for taking great care of us and our needs during the time we stayed @ Manor Way

Ivy Gate has been amazing. Very helpful, efficient and approachable. They made our recent renting experience flawless.

We recently rented a flat with Ellie at Ivy Gate and she was amazing we have never rented before but she made the whole experience so easy literally holding our hand! would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a property to make sure they give them a call first we were very happy 😃

I recently secured a rental property with Ivy Gate and would highly recommend them as an agent, the process was very smooth and the team have been and continue to be extremely responsive and helpful.

From excellent Ellie, happily taking us for two viewings, patiently answering all our questions, and then calmly shepherding us through the signing process; to lovely Lee, warmly welcoming us on moving day; to fantastic Katie, who always kindly and promptly arranges any issues to be addressed quickly; to skillful Chris, smoothly fixing those issues; to wonderful Matt, stopping by for friendly inspections; everyone at Ivy Gate is exemplary, warm, kind, friendly, patient, professional, prompt, and helpful. We feel extremely well-looked after by Ivy Gate. Thank you so much for all the care you take. It is outstanding.

We had excellent service securing a flat through Ivy Gate as rental tenants. The communication from Ellie was prompt and friendly throughout the process and she was very patient while we had some road bumps in securing referencing from a previous landlord who had gone awol. They were very thorough in ensuring that everything was in place correctly for piece of mind for us and for the landlords and continue to be very accessible after we have moved into the property. Highly recommended!

First-class service from Stuart and team. Both proactive and highly responsive. Real personal touch. Clare was great with the viewings - really clear communication and timely and useful feedback. Stuart has effectively and efficiently facilitated all communication with the buyers, making the whole process run smoothly. Nothing has been too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

It’s our first time to rent a flat in London, and it was a pleasant experience to contact with IvyGate agent from the initial inquiry till the completion of a tenancy contract. Bobby and Ellie have been involved in the whole process and they are very good in communication, they can fully understand our needs, and are responsive, acting quickly and helpful. The entire process is much smoother than expected. If you are looking for a rent property, IvyGate is the one I would like to strongly recommend.

I bought my new home through Ivy Gate. They have been absolutely brilliant! They are friendly, contactable and have personality! Love them! Would highly recommend them to everyone, way way better than the average estate agent

We used IvyGate’s services in late spring to rent a property in New Malden. At the time, we lived in Wales. The distance and lockdown measures meant we could not make it to the open house tour. Even though quite a few people had made appointments to view in person, Ellie immediately offered to make and send us a video of the premises so we would have a better feel for the inside than just from the photos on the website.
IvyGate’s level of service, proactiveness and promptness was outstanding through the whole process. Ellie and the whole team supported us and put our mind at ease at every step from the initial contact to signing the contract and moving to our new home. We were impressed by level of good communication within the team, where a person would be able to take over quickly and without glitch when someone else was unavailable. Shout out to Ellie, Katie, Lee, Bobby and Jack, we felt we were in good hands all the way.

We definitely recommend IvyGate for the outstanding professional service they provide but just as importantly for the fact they are genuinely wonderful people to work with.
