I had such a positive experience working with Justina throughout my application process. From start to finish, she made everything feel smooth and straightforward, always taking the time to keep me informed and up to date at every stage.

I did not have a chance to apply but found it quite disappointing as even though my earnings may seem low to them!!!! I am currently paying for a studio in London 1000 including bills in this day and age .. affordable rent is highly discriminative the lady was mildly polite as well it is what it is in London with such high rents...I can afford the rent but it's the people who are the problem who are offering these properties.

Seamless and effortless
The experience I have had with the purchase of our first home under the shared ownership scheme was made to feel easy and seamless. Sosi and her colleague Justina made me feel welcome and was always at hand to help and provide advice. They pushed along the exchange and completion by chasing the solicitor and prompting me which push over the line.
Also I've got to mention that the advice to use Town and country planning for mortgage application was excellent and in turn we had our approval expedited.

If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Monique has been, hands down, the best support I've ever had. She kept everything moving and kept me in the loop, so I never had to wonder what was happening next, from coordinating with the HA and finding the perfect home to chasing void works.
She answered every question with patience and warmth. The kind of support where you actually feel like someone genuinely cares.
A special call out to Justina as well, who was amazing in coordinating the viewing and the move in. Thanks to her, everything on the day went smoothly and exactly to plan.
I picked up my keys yesterday, and I'm writing this review because I want to, not because I was asked. That alone should say it all.
