Ivy Gate Anmeldelser

Stuart and the team provided a very professional but personal service and with Stuart's due diligence he really made the difference in getting completion over the line in what turned out to be a tricky chain. I would thoroughly recommend IvyGate, Stuart and the team. And the care package when I moved in was the final personal touch that made move in day worth the while !

Ivy Gate were excellent once again. When you use a service for the second time it will cross your mind, "Was it luck first time? Will complacency creep in?"... None of that applied, Lee and the team provided an excellent lettings service for a second time. It was brilliant every step of the way. Very happy!

Ivygate were excellent - very professional and supportive in sourcing a new Tennant for our flat. They were thorough and friendly throughout the process and really helpful and patient with all my questions. We have now found a lovely tenant and I’m very pleased with the service they provided.

I had a very positive experience with IVY Gate from start to finish. The whole process went smoothly and was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. The team was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.

Communication was excellent throughout — they kept me regularly updated, responded promptly, and made sure everything was well organized and taken care of. Their support and attention to detail really made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant.

I truly felt valued as a client and would highly recommend IVY Gate to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring estate agency. Thank you for all your help!

We had a positive experience with James Hibbert. He kept my parents informed at all points of buying their bungalow and answered quickly when we had a query. He was polite and helpful and very patient. Thank you James.

Professional. The whole process of finding a place and getting through the papers was made easy thanks to them. Very good communication and helpful.

A Friendly reliable team operate here. I always felt a willingness to help and that they cared about my well being. Katie oversaw my recent property tenancy: she clocked it for me as a perfect fit! I feel grateful for all my communications with this company.

Lee Archer at Ivy Gate has been incredibly helpful as I’ve navigated my first house purchase. He has kept in close contact throughout and gone about and beyond to support. I’m extremely grateful!

Lee from Ivy Gate has been very supportive and helpful throughout my journey of becoming a homeowner! I can't thank him enough for always reassuring me. Thanks!

Ellie from Ivy Gate helped me secure a rental property in Thames Ditton, she was amazing! Going the extra mile to ensure everything worked out perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough, this was a much better experience than from the bigger high street agents :)

We’ve been absolutely thrilled with the service from Ivy Gate and feel like they've gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a property management firm. We live overseas, which can be very stressful when having a property in the UK that you want taken care of, but Jack and the team have made the entire experience effortless. They’ve taken care of everything with professionalism and care — from keeping our tenants happy, to staying in touch with us regularly. Their communication is prompt, their advice is always spot-on, and we truly feel like our property is in the best hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding property management. Thanks again from very grateful property owners!

We have been tennants with Ivy Gate for 4 years and enjoyed them all.
We got all the information given in a correct way, they were always reachable and understanding, and all issues were handled in a timely manner. The renewal of the contract has been a seamless process and we never felt pushed to take a decision in any occasion.

Now in my third year renting under the care of Ivygate, I can only continue to sing their praises. The personal care and communication they began with has maintained throughout the duration of my stay and only grown stronger. Anytime I’ve raised any concern, Katie and the team have been absolutely amazing at addressing it promptly.

When my partner moved into a seemingly posher place managed by Dexters, the difference in care she received from them was noticeably underwhelming, compared to what we have known with Ivygate.

They say all that shines isn’t golden. Perhaps once contracts are signed, most estate agents lose their shining smiles and turn out to be rather rotten…

But Ivygate, you are the real diamond deal and still so great! Dexters, don’t hate.

The best estate agents we've dealt with! Very professional and caring on a personal level they made the experience of buying our first home better on every level! Clare and Stuart went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and then buy it! We are very grateful and could not recommend ivy gate enough! Marita & Spyros

Special thanks to the team and especially Katie for making our tenant swap smooth as possible. Highly recommend IvyGate. Thanks again!

Ivy Gate is by far the best agency we have dealt with. They were superb from start to finish in terms of communication, helpfulness and are always on hand. I could not recommend them more highly and be sure that you are in safe hands and your tenancy would be hassle free. Thank you team.

We have sold using Ivy Gate three times now. Always professional and knowledgeable, Stuart and the team go above and beyond to ensure the process is as stress free as it can be. Would highly recommend whether buying or selling.

Ivy Gate is highly professional & incredibly trustworthy. Through my experience in the last 1 month of interacting with Ivy Gate and its team of Babak, Jack & Katie, I have only high praises for this incredible group! The team is really friendly, well trained, informative and most importantly genuine. I never had a better experience with any other Estate Agency in the last 8yrs of my time in London, and I doubt if I ever will as well :)
