We would like thank James Hibbert at ivy gate estate agents for all his help with selling our mums house ,from start to finish he has been very professional and honest. After being with another estate agent that wasn’t a great experience we are so please that James helped us to achieve the sale I would highly recommend James and the team at ivy gate you would be in safe hands

Stuart is very responsive. (Day or night, weekday or weekend) He just replied right away.
Thanks for your help making the transaction go smoothly.
He was also checking in for everyone to see the progress.

We got in touch with Ivy Gate again several years after they had sold a previous home for us. Stuart and Clare worked behind the scenes to get us the right buyer and the price we wanted. There weren't any hiccups really, we were kept informed of everything and they were always available if there was a question to ask. There are several estate agents in our area but felt Ivy Gate felt local. Happy to recommend Ivy Gate to anyone thinking of selling their home....

A very professional and efficient approach throughout from Lee. All calls and emails answered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

They don't bother to reply to people equairy.

Stuart’s handling of the sale of our property was efficient and responsive. We were kept informed throughout the process and any hitches were moved along quickly. I would use the company again and recommend them.

I would thoroughly recommend Ivy Gate. I've used them for 3 years and I've had Lee Archer manage my property. I would like to say how professional Lee is. Nothing is too much trouble, his communication skills are excellent and Lee keeps me up to date on what happening when finding the right tenant.

Ivy Gate and Lee were amazing in getting me my new flat.

We found Ivy Gate to be a professional estate agents by managing the Let of a property to ourselves by making sure legal and referencing procedures were carried out in a timely manner for us to be able to move in on the scheduled date. Highly recommended.

Everything straightforward and very polite people I dealt with.

Ivy Gate Lettings were honest and straight-forward and helped my move in process be smooth and welcoming. They have been very helpful with any queries that I had and are quick to respond via email or phone. Thank you for a pleasant moving in experience.

I recently worked with real estate agent and my overall experience was average
While the agent provided some satisfactory services, there were also areas where improvement could be made

This is our first rent in United Kingdom. We have just bought a flat with Ellie from Ivy Gate. She was very friendly. When we found a property that we liked she supported us during the process at all times. If we had issues or questions we could easily email or phone her and she would get in touch promptly. Thank you Ellie for such an excellent service.

Katie couldn't of been more helpful from the minute we contacted Ivygate to put our flat up to rent. The whole process was painless with her assistance.

Very good to deal with, great communication and always able to respond promptly and positively... would recommend any time.

Extremely helpful and very responsive! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Ivy Gate made the difference for us in selling a slightly tricky property in a slightly tricky market (which another agent had previously struggled to sell). Why was that? I'd attribute it to two main things: first their knowledge of and contacts within our local market were very strong; and second, they approached the task professionally and with great energy and enthusiasm. This really made a difference.
They prepared everything in advance, so the day we were able to press the button marked 'Go' they were ready and began viewings almost immediately. They secured a suitable offer very quickly and they also stayed with us during what turned out to be a slightly protracted process with a few bumps along the way (for legal reasons, nothing to do with them).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivy Gate.

Excellent service.
Ivy Gate is the best estate agent I've ever had involvement with, head and shoulders above the competition.
Matt from Ivy Gate is professional, well informed and always able to offer good advice. On top of this, he helped us when our own estate agent didn't. I don't think our sale and purchase would have gone through without Matt.
And the gifts waiting for us in the new place just proved how good they are.
Thank you Matt.
