Brilliant customer service from the lovely Sandra, who went above and beyond to try and find my lost hat. I so appreciated her kindness. I also love the sushi at Itsu.

I was disappointed when I bought sushi and realised it already had wasabi on it. Unfortunately I do not like this so it was a waste of my money. I simply enquired online whether it was possible in the future to get this removed. Sandra then went above and beyond and very kindly sent me some vouchers! I am impressed with their customer service and look forward to ordering sushi without wasabi in the future :)

Just love itsu. I always have vegetarian sushi and/or a pot of veggie noodle soup. Have tried a lot of different branches and the quality was always great. Wish you'd have branches in Glasgow or Edinburgh too :-)

I faced several issues with missing butterflies in my app, I emailed customer service, and Sandra from customer service responded. She was really helpful and very responsive. She corrected the missing butterflies in my app. It was beyond my expectation with a very prompt and professional customer service. Thank you Sandra, much appreciated.

Itsu can’t make porridge. Lumpy. Not fully cooked. No creaminess. Come on guys it’s not that hard.

I find ITSU on the Kings Road, Chelsea very welcoming and really tasty food at a reasonable price. My favourite is the Thai Noodles which are priced just under seven Pounds. Where else can you find such a scrumptious dish for this price. I am handicapped on a Mobility Scooter yet the Staff and Manager Adrian are so gracious and always help by giving me table service. They never object to my Scooter being in the way.
It is a pleasure to go to ITSU on the Kings Rd, Chelsea my last visit was on 23 February 2024. We are so lucky to have ITSU locally.

I went for a quick bite at Itsu on King's Road.

I regretted 100 times. Low quality, unsafe, made me sick and spent the afternoon in bathroom.

I had sushi and gyoza and the salmon smelled like garlic/ onion, very strongly, probably the knife was used to cut something else, garlic or onion, before was used on the fresh salmon.

The gyoza, was just awful, not fresh, "smothered" in the vacuum packaging, with artificial filling that suppose to taste like chicken and cabbage.

Even the sauce for the gyoza was gone bad.

I would never go to this place again!

My brother and I visited Itsu Victoria Station yesterday. We were absolutely starving and exhausted, so we grabbed some gyoza and mochi. We were served by Priya, who was friendly, smiling and extremely helpful, and she gave us a box of bao buns for free as it was the end of the day! A lovely extra at the end of a long day, so thank you Priya!

My 15 years old daughter had diarrhea and vomiting within hours from eating katsu rice bowl at Covent garden (Neal Street)!
Avoid at any cost!

We went to 31 Broadwick St, London W1F ODG on Saturday at 7,15pm and we were kindly advised to wait another 15min cause all the products were half price at 7,30pm. We agreed to wait and settle on one of the tables. When we paid we were told it was take away only and we were quite upset we were not told this before waiting for 15min (we would have def choose another place where we could it in.)
Among other things, we bought 2 chicken rice teriyaki bowls to eat the next day. I had one on Sunday evening and one today, on Monday, for lunch. To a fine nose the chicken didn’t smell really fresh but I went ahead and eat anyway trusting itsu. I have been having a bad diarrhea since not long after lunch.
Def won’t trust itsu quality again.

Just tried Itsu products from a supermarket for the first time. The teriyaki chicken bao buns had about 3mm of filling. All I could taste was bun. The pork gyoza had filling but not much flavour. The only reason I gave this review a 2 and not a 1 was the stuffed green and chile pancakes were reasonable enough filling and flavour.

My daughter mentioned she generally liked Itsu products so I gave her the rest out the freezer. Next day she told me the bao buns had a ridiculously small amount of filling which was unusual. Is this a factory error or just another company cutting their ingredients to rip off the customer?

Picked out my choice at the Regent Street outlet, but had to leave it behind. No cash wanted by this company. I will be old fashioned and never use this company, also will not recommend it to others, and actively discourage people from doing so. Cash is legal tender.

Expensive .. mean and tasteless

I was having problems adding my previous purchases in the app, I’ve emailed customer service and the lovely lady Sandra helped me and updated my account with the butterflies! I am very grateful for the fast and efficient work. Thank you again Sandra!

I just want to say how much of your members of staff has made my day.I go through London Victoria Station most days and I love Itsu.Aside from the good food it is always a pleasure to be greeted by someone with a fabulous smile and positive outlook. Me and my mom shared a pack of 3 bao buns and a box of sushi - terrible idea. Both of us had one the worst food poisoning, and I was hospitalized due to it.

Will absolutely never ever come back and will tell anyone I know to refrain from eating at any Itsu place. Absolutely not worth the food poisoning!!!

Used to be able to order online to pick up, now the service is not available anymore, then you go to the store and stuff you want is gone. Limited and poor experience
