Amazing oils, super fast delivery and even though there was a small issue with one of the bottles it was rectified within minutes. I love the company ethos and transparency. Delivery was via DPD which is always a blessing as opposed to the dreaded Evri or Yodel.

I received my first subscription of olive oil today and I am completely blown away! I thought I was buying good olive oil from the supermarket which I used for drizzling and cooking. Having tasted my Portuguese oil I could drink it neat (never having been temped before)! So looking forward to my next mystery pouch. Delivery was prompt and packaging excellent. I’m keeping this to return my used pouches in. Will probably have to change my subscription to monthly!!!

I joined their Health Club 2 months ago. Firstly, and most importantly, the olive oil they sent me was fantastic - a totally new experience for me.

Today I contacted Customer Services via email to clarify one point. Their emailed response came back within an hour and their answer completely explained what I needed to know.

From my experience so far, both the product and the postal delivery are perfect.

Absolutely loving my subscription to the olive oil club. The quality of EVOO is amazing and I love to read the cards which come with it to find out more about the producers. The taste is amazing, delivery is always on time and it's easy to skip or reschedule if necessary. Customer service is great - very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased the olive oil club as a present for my friends too for Christmas and that was easy to redeem too and friends enjoyed it a lot. Definitely worth the price for the quality you're getting.

I have been wanting to sign up to Citizen of soil club for a while. I was concerned re cost. Finally bit the bullet and went for it. My first order arrived, wow, packaging great, accompanying information helpful to understand what you are buying into. Then the oil, unlike anything I have tried before. True what they say about supermarket oils. I was keen to try the high percentage polyphenol oil for health benefits. Too early to tell yet how my body will respond, but the taste is truly fantastic, like nothing I have tasted before. Had simply with bread and when you have a good product you need nothing else. I know it is not cheap, but there is no going back now. I would highly recommend this company and what they are offering. Yum yum

(Also the recipe suggestions are a brilliant touch and have actually leveled up my cooking game!)

I look forward to my delivery so much. It’s amazing to taste real olive oil with actual punchy flavours rather than store bought, mass produced bland oil. Learning about the provenance and the stories of the producers makes it even more special. Citizens of Soil has been the best subscription I’ve ever signed up for. Thank you!

Great oils with high polyphenols (the good stuff) - really enjoy using these and look forward every month to a new and different oil. Good variety and some are good for cooking and some are good for finishing or dressings.

Poor packaging. Delivery arrived penetrated which caused permanent stains on wooden floors

Oil so good you could drink it: want yo elevate your cooking or just enhance the flavour of your food: buy this, you won't regret it.

Received a gift of 6 months olive oil subscription for Christmas and was so excited about this gift. However the link I received to activate my subscription wouldn’t work and said I had no active products - we then tried via my Mum’s link which was provided as a ‘back up’ link to the gifter - this also did not work. Emailed the support team and they sent me a new link - this new link still didn’t work and said I needed to add the subscription of £75 to my account to activate it (my mum had already paid £75 for the gift!)
Emailed customer support to check if this was a scam and ask for refund. To be fair the support team have been incredible but it’s a shame they couldn’t sort out the broken links earlier. It ruined a lovely Christmas present surprise and took the excitement out of what should have been a beautiful gift. However I can’t commend the support team highly enough. The team have refunded the gift subscription and have offered to send me and my Mum oil of good will. If they can sort the dodgy tech and poor UX then can 100% recommend

I've been getting OOV from Citizens of Soil for about six months. The quality is amazing for a reasonable price, and I also love that they're sustainable, open about their process, and support farmers.
