I visited ITSU Wembley park today and was surprised by how friendly the staff were, particularly Gabriel.

In addition to the great service food was also good, healthy and reasonably priced. Cannot fault it at all.

Overall the visit made my day :)

Has the standard dropped recently? I always bought a meal for the train and loved it. The menu is new and the portion is miserly. I don’t imagine they care. Packed with peas and none of that lovely soupy loveliness.

On wednesday 29.11 at 6.30pm at Piccadilly 167 I took chicken teriyaki, and the rice in it was rigid like stone, I nearly cracked a tooth.

Awful staff says we should eat outside with a child at freezing weather and doesn't matter we already bought food from ITSU

I love the food. It's tasty, well-presented, and a decent portion. The packaging is nicely done as well. Ordering food using delivery services leaves food vulnerable to tampering not to mention arriving cold. Not only does Itsu's packaging keep food warm, it seals the food to prevent both spills and tampering.

Not the worst place to work, job security is there although bad hours of work and not much reliability there, could have 15 hours a week, could have 45, depends. Staff and management usually are god awful and people are promoted on nepotism basis while HR is quite alright and CEO isn't abandoning care for his employees, noone got left behind during COVID while Pret a manger fired like 40% of their staff

This used to be a good restaurant where we often had lunch at weekends. The standard of food has got worse and worse. Today our soup was given luke warm with the 3 gyozas completely disintegrated in it. I took mine back and watched the member of staff who had been on the till, then touching his beard and fiddling with something under the counter, pour me another soup, open a packet of gyozas ready for another dish, pull them apart with his dirty hands, shove them into the soup with both hands, put on the lid and gave to me. I could see all this by reflection in the stainless steel splashback. When I pointed this out he seemed amused, told me he had washed his hands; not while we were there he hadn't, and said we usually use tongs!
Apart from this the sushi is dried up with horrible rice, they charge for wasabi. Nothing looks clean. We were given a refund but this now is the last time we will go. I don't think it will last much longer, it is no way nearly as popular as it used to be.

Just bought my last ever Itsu. I used to love this brand for offering a tasty, healthy alternative to fast street food. They no longer fulfill that role.

The food has become second rate, thick processed sauces and cheaper ingredients, I could hardly finish my latest thai style noodles which was incredibly sickly and sweet. I almost binned them 6 months ago when I went there hungry to find out I coudn't buy their food with the cash I had.

It was the portion sizes that were the final straw however, having today been fleeced £7 for half filled pot of said unsatisfactory food. Tell me ITSU if you're only half filling them, why don't save wasted packaging and start using containers half the size? Is it becaue you couldn't stand the shame of handing out portion sizes of such such bad value that they tantimount to insult? Don't worry the planet will bear the cost so that you can keep your head held high.

Goodbye ITSU - in future I'll be looking on you in the same light as I do other terrible fast food chains McDonalds, Burger King and Subway.

Food was okay (pretty good rather than very good, and rather overpriced) but once again the app didn’t work. Told the restaurant manager - nothing he could do and no way to add “credits” later. If you’re going to launch a loyalty scheme then you really should do it right or else it becomes an anti-loyalty scheme.

Itsu- Wembley is great. Foods were very fresh and very delicious. Dragon rolls eel on the top is awesome. California and itsu classic also nice. Good friendly customer too. Cheers!

Despite obvious customer complaints. They still don't sell more than one type of sushi, if you could call it that.
This organisation sells literally the lowest denominator, trashiest rubbish and charges as if it's a restaurant.
they could sell even a little bit of tuna and i'd put this to two stars but then the company ethos of (sell overpriced rice and salmon, sell, sell, sell) wouldn't work.
Bizarre how they have so many outlets and they still act like an overpriced McDonalds.
I as a person who would pay for decent sushi like almost every country sells everywhere (i.e Australia) wants a variety. This may as well just be a vending machine. Self-service and dull cold food.

Nothing special to be honest. I don’t support companies that charge 20% to sit down to eat so customers pay their tax. That’s just not on. I know a lot of companies so it. The rule apparently does not apply to hot food is what I was told. Such I and other items apply he sushi is pretty good and fresh. I’m not sure about ingredients. Particularly on their sauces because most companies that sell this sort of food use MSG which is a particularly nasty ingredient. When I asked staff they told me they did not know about MSG and to look at web site. yo sushi is as more informed and checked and told me some products like their soup contain it. I’m surprised of the lack of training at Itsu. Particularly because of the ordeal at Pret and people with allergies. As a consequence, customers are always asked about whether they have an allergy. Also, sulfites is another thing I don’t like whether you have an allergy or not. Wagamama put it in their sauces as a preservative. To summarise, do your research on what they use, particularly soups and sauces. You might just be surprised that a place you eat regularly is causing you problems long term and using ingredients that are not good for you. Don’t be mislead by the fact things like sushi are considered good for you. That might be the case but look out for what they add to all dishes

Received order only to be greeted by bad fishy smell when opening, the salmon was clearly old / bad. Baffling really.

I work in Bank, and quite often, for office lunches I go to Itsu in Cheapside.
We are about 30 people in the office, and after collecting the orders from my work colleagues I forward my lunch list to Renata, the shop manager.

She is amazing, quick and well organized, but what counts the most, she is always smiling and make customers feels always very welcome.

My experience at this Itsu is absolutely positive, I do not know about the other Itsu branches, I only know that every business should have someone like Renata, and its success would be guaranteed !!!!

What happened to the sushi! Not much left on menu and what is left is very poorly done. Bao buns recipe changed - for the poorer.

Fresh fish and great quality food. I’m definitely coming again, the quality of the staff and food is excellent for affordable prices!

Basically all the food we got was cold, absolutely tasteless and just not good.
All the fizzy drinks aren't sweet at all and have a bad after taste. Overpriced so please just skip it

It isn’t my type of food. Like uncooked food. Plus it is TOO expensive.

Visited the Victoria branch and bought salmon full house box. When I got home, I was shocked at the size of the sushi - this is shrinkflation at its worst. Not only have they increased the prices, but they've reduced the portions considerably. I paid almost £10 for that box and noway was it worth that. Also the store was only self-service checkouts. So not only have they reduced the quality of the food, but also the service. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely greedy. Will be avoiding Itsu for the foreseeable future.
