I feel like the menu just got more boring, cheaper in terms of quality and less tasty. Also a lot of the ingredients are really hard to digest. Like why combine uncooked cabbages, kale, onions, etc all in one dish. Why? Who designs these menus? I feel bloated every time i go to ITSU… It also got a lot more expensive as well and the whole menu feels tired and same, same. The app finally got a bit better but it’s still often buggy and the interface and how to get your freebies is not intuitive. I need a member of staff every time to trouble shoot… it used to be my favourite lunch spot but now I only go there if I forgot to bring in my lunch. And only because it’s the closest to the office.

Itsu has such a great menu with really fair prices. The sushi is phenomenal and always so fresh! I also love that it is a healthier option than most fast-food chains/restaurants. The atmosphere inside to dine in is always great too. ✨

The only criticism I have is including the mini soy sauce bottle with every sushi pack - it’s quite wasteful as it may not be used. I think instead there should be an option to take a mini bottle of it if wanted. Other than this the packaging is great :)

Apart from this small criticism, everything else is perfect and I absolutely love the app with the loyalty scheme! Would definitely recommend this amazing restaurant to everyone 🫶 🍣 🦋

Great food and customer experience.

I would like Itsu to offer wasabi as an option on their sushi. Scraping wasabi off the rice is quite annoying.

I Went itsu (Eat Beautiful) At Fosse Park Leicester Last Week For The First Time Customer Service Here Not Welcoming Enough For Me To Return No Smile & Not At All Welcoming So I Very Begrudgingly Wanted To Spend My Money There.... Anyway I Did.... And So I Opted For The Salmon Salad Box (Promotional Offer) Which Looked Good Similar To The Photo But Unfortunately it Seemed Stingy For £6.99! Very Small Piece Of Salmon Cheap Brown Rice And Some Beans And Other Stuff In There it Just Tasted Bland No Flavour Even With The Dip That Comes With It And it Was Just Boring And Definitely Lacked Flavour I Wouldn't Come Back Again As A Greggs Sandwich Next Door Has More Flavour!

Itsu Victoria station is fabulous. The staff are great. The manager went over and beyond to cater for my tolerences. Whenever I visit we are welcomed with a huge smile and cheerful attitude from the manager. I will always visit when int he area. Thank you!

No cash???? I will never return here until they start accepting cash again.
I used to visit weekly for a treat, but since they stopped cash I've stopped going.

before boarding our train from Victoria, we purchased a bacon egg miso bun, I have to say , bun was ok but the miso wasn’t there at all and bacon too small and tasteless , shame as the idea was good, hope they work on giving it a more flavour.

Lovely Gabby is always there and is always happy to help. She is consistently smiling and chatting to customers, its a joy to see her at lunch-time she cheers me up :-)

I had previously left a 3 star review in which i said I was happy with the overall experience & that time would hopefully iron out the teething problem in the newly opened Itsu in central Exeter. I previously said I was very happy with the quality & the cost of the food.
However' since then I have been back twice the first time I planned my main meal of the day to be there only to find it was closed at 7:15pm when it said online it shut at 8:00pm
Second attempt yesterday I ordered the teriyaki Chicken Rice bowl for £7.99.
The young woman after 5 minutes called out my number & placed my order on the counter which was a very small round container. On seeing this I said that there must be a mistake as I've paid £8 for a meal,she confirmed that it was indeed what I had ordered I then took the lid off to see it was only 2/3 full at which point I said this is joke at which point she rolled her eyes & said to me there is no point in complaining to me about it. I replied back "I know it's not your fault but I am telling you that this is a rip off & that I will be making a formal complaint".
I opened the "Rice Bowl" two or three minutes later when I got back inside & showed a couple of colleagues what I had received for the price I paid & they were shocked that they were able to get away with it. There was 6 small pieces of chicken peas & rice which had to be Microwaved because it was stone cold.
I am more than happy to leave good reviews when deserved as shown in my previous review but I am just as quick to leave negatives especially when I know I am being ripped of. If Itsu of Exeter does not change the way they operate quickly they won't last five minutes.

Heathrow T5 staff and service is amazing. Really friendly, great fresh food and clean.

I visited the store in the Brunswick Centre and Wojciech was really welcoming and friendly. He helped me make my food selection and also sorted things out when I got a bit confused using the check out machine. Really wanted to thank you for the great service.

Itsu at Staines serves raw chicken for £15. Complete and utter rip off. Gave me the same dish twice but both times, chicken was completely raw, tasted raw and smelled raw and looked pink. It's restaurants like this that make you pay £30-35 for raw food.

I would have put Zero stars but you cant on here. i WAS a great fan of Itsu but I am BITTERLY disappointed to discover that they have stopped using CASH. Money that I worked hard to earn. A twenty pound note I offered that has the Queens head on it. I was NOT allowed to use CASH. I was treating my friend to a bite on the way home from The Royal Opera House and if she hadnt been there I would have turned on my heels and made off. She ended up buying the dinner and I had to transfer later!! " Oh, it is was brought in during Covid I am told -PATHETIC - Covid is still here to stay but you have no excuse now to NOT allow people to spend their cash - well CASH is KING. Clearing my office I found a receipt from 2016 in ITSU paid by CASH!!! I shall not EVER be returning to use your restaurant again until you start using CASH - physical notes again. Even the poor manageress was embarrassed by it. Said so many people complain - isnt that telling you something!!! Bring back the use of CASH! Taking away my rights to spend my own money! Shame you've gone down this path! You will lose a lot of custom

The Manager Silverio at Victoria Station Itsu was so kind and thoughtful on a day I felt unwell, offering me their fabulous chicken noodle soup, I’ll be heading back again soon. He made my day with a moment and gesture of kindness, thank you.

I got myself the Lloyds Bank World Elite Card and it invited me to sign up to Itsu as part of its rewards partners. I decided that i would give Itsu a go and so i went into Baths store to get some Gyoza. Firstly i couldn't use the app and it kept saying it wouldn't scan. I then couldn't get it to work. I ordered and went to the counter and said "Are you able to add my butterflies onto my account" (felt weird to say that!) - only to be told that they couldn't because i needed to spend over a fiver... i explained that i had as it was £5.95 and i was told to go onto the website and there will be help on there. NOPE... no help whatsoever. Not even an option to be able to ask for general question help. I decided to message marketing and upload the photo of the food and my receipt... nope. Crashed and said there was an issue! Not great service!
