Incredibly professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Initially when I first arrived I was very skeptical and scared, the post op diet plan wasn’t provided until after the operation and I believe it should have been provided before to enable a patient to be prepared and make the decision if they are ready and are able to do this. I relied upon social media and Google for this information. I have given feedback to this point.

However I stayed and chose to go ahead and the aftercare was really great!
Day two or three I met the dietician who is soooo lovely and kind and helpful! The hospital is really clean, the staff are amazing and they do blood tests every day and observations, which made me feel at ease. Had I had the Operation in my home country I wouldn’t have stayed in hospital that long, so staying for 5 days allowed me to get the care I needed should I have.

I have had a great recovery, I am so pleased I chose to trust the hospital and continue. Benjamin the patient coordinator was amazing and really supportive to message my family at home to keep them updated on my progress.

My scars have healed amazing and I don’t feel like I have even had an operation so overall I would recommend.

I am a repeat patient of Irmet. Started my journey in 2021 when I went there for my gastric sleeve and I returned in 2024 for plastics.
I had a 360 tummy tuck, breast uplift with implants.
My time at irmet was amazing, the staff are incredible and can not do enough for you. The hospital is clean and well stocked, the nursing staff are always checking on you.
The surgeon is a lovely person who really does care about his patients. He even came into check on us on his day off!

The communication team are the glue that holds it all together, they are there round the clock to look after you from the first message of booking, though to your hospital Stay and post op. My team were outstanding from start to finish and even continued to care of me weeks after my return.

I have recommended many people to come here for treatment and I will continue to do so.

If I was to have anything else do in the future I would 100% return to irmet. Special thank you to benji for picking up my care and getting me though some scary moments.

Fantastic service received here - Dr Kadir is genuinely a great surgeon. All the nurses and staff here are fantastic. Would 100% recommend this hospital for anyone wanting a surgical procedure or treatment

I can not fault the experience I had at Irmet hospital. The staff are absolutely incredible, from the surgeon who came to see me everyday post op, the co ordinates making sure I had everything I needed. Even offering to take me out to the shops and into the garden. The nurses (who I’m sure were fed up of me pressing the button too many times) looked after me so so well. The cleaning ladies who kept the room spotless, coming in twice a day. And the ladies that brought in food, sometimes bringing me extra of the yummy puddings as I’m a fussy eater. The service that is provided is amazing and all the staff are so kind and caring. Everything is done with the upmost professionalism but also you are made to feel at home. I would go back for any further surgeries and also recommend highly.

I was recommended to Irmet by an Aesthetics friend of mine. I knew it must be a 1st class hospital, because she wouldn't just go anywhere for cosmetic plastic surgery. I had my surgery there, and the care from the surgeon, nurses, coordinators, translators and every other member of staff is outstanding. I am returning for my 2nd time this year in September, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! All the staff go above and beyond for you, and your care and wellbeing is paramount to them.

I went to Irmet hospital as a plus 1 with my friend who was having surgery.
Due to the level of care that she received prior to her surgery and post surgery, I asked for a consultation.
Due to availability, I was able to get the surgery done whilst I was there with my friend. I was always so scared to go anywhere else than the UK to have cosmetic surgery, but I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
From start to finish, the care from all the staff at Irmet hospital was amazing.
Everyone was so friendly and it felt like one big family there.
The cleanliness of the hospital was outstanding, everything cleaned and changed everyday.
The translators were amazing, there were no issues with understanding due to how fluent they all were.
Everyone continuously checked on you, even if you did not need anything, just to see how you were.
They were all so friendly, yet professional.
When you rang the bell, they came straight away.
My care coordinator Celine, was absolutely incredible, she made the whole process so easy, along with a translator called Emily.
They left no areas of doubt and they were all so very direct and clear with every question I wanted answered ( and I asked a lot of questions) and information given.
There are so many people to name, but every single member of staff that I came into contact with are all assets to the company. I even met the director!
This hospital was the best choice as you stay in the hospital for the whole duration of 10 days, which is amazing.
All checks were done before surgery.
Dr kadir was my surgeon.
I can honestly say that after having cosmetic surgery in the UK a few times, Dr Kadir was so hands on.
He checked on you daily along with other members of staff, and it felt like he generally wanted the best for all his patients.
Dr Kadir has a fine eye for detail, and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with his work he done, so accurate, precise and neat. I can barely see any scars and I’m only 2 weeks post surgery.
I am so grateful that I found this surgeon as I would want further procedures performed by him only, due to his level of care and absolutely incredible results.
Dr Kadir is literally the best of the best.
Would highly recommend.

The translators are amazing, they do an amazing job. I was here two weeks and would have gone crazy without them. They look after you and make sure your sanity stays intact and The nurses also do a fantastic job.

I had a thigh lift and extended arm lift, the dr is amazing and so attentive, he explained all that would happen and afterward he's there everyday checking on your progress, the translators cater to your every need and the nurse team and hygiene team don't stop, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone, You'll be well looked after and in a very safe and secure place, thank you irmet I cannot wait to revisit for. I’ve written countless reviews on this hospital. I had a tummy tuck in January of this year. I had a lot of problems with infection that was caused in this hospital. I am now due to be released from a seven day stay in one of our hospital. I’ve had bowel problems due to the operation I had. I had emergency surgery 7 days ago and I am now left with a stoma. This hospital is an absolute joke please people don’t go here there are endless complications can occur. I’m not even going to say do your research because I did mine and on paper they seemed the obvious choice.

The hospital service from arriving at airport and the driver meeting me is excellent I felt looked after and completely safe. The hospital staff are excellent and all tests thorough. The surgeon met me and went through the procedure fully and interpreters are always on hand. I had an extended stay as the surgeon found an issue and I had a biopsy that was sent off for labs and my surgery was changed to include a hiatus hernia repair I needed. I was thoroughly looked after and am so happy that I will return home far healthier than when I arrived. I have already recommended this hospital to friends and I haven’t even left yet.

Hi I got breast implants 6 years ago .they have caused nothing but pain everyday. I have requested my discharge letter from this hospital many times .they have it but won't give it .Trust me the after care is Terrible. I'm from Ireland by the way and to get the implants removed I need the discharge letter from this hospital. People becareful. I need my discharge letter from August 2018 ive emailed so many times and no reply.i feel like don't care about the pain im in every day .my doctors in Ireland are trying to help me but can't without known what breast implants ive in

The care you receive at Irmet is outstanding. It far exceeds any care I've ever received via the NHS, privately in the UK and other turkish hospitals. If you are nervous about having surgery abroad I urge you to reach out to Irmet, from start to finish from the cleaners up to the doctors the care is exemplary.

After been here in February with my partner and seeing the care that was provided it was a no brainer I came here for my surgery the full Irmet team are fantastic and the care and service they provide is out of this world if you are considering bariatric surgery please research Irmet

My time here at Irmet Hospital has honestly been superb. From the airport collection, all the way through to my airport return. It’s been a total of six days spent in the hospital and every one of to one days have been met with outstanding manners, service and results! I came down to the hospital from the UK, for a standard breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr Kadir has honestly done the best job I could ask for. He listened to exactly what I wanted, recommended what he believed was best and followed through with regular check ups and views after the procedure.

My two translators Anthony and Romeo have provided me with all the answers to my queries and made sure all my needs were met and sorted. Romeo was also lovely enough to join me in my quick trip to the shopping centre and helped me translate where necessary.

The transport divers have been so respectful and helpful. From start to finish; opening doors, carrying and wheeling my
luggage, dropping and picking me up from the shopping centre and finally making sure my mobility at the airport was arranged and sorted before leaving me on my flight back.

The nurses have been ever so attentive and I can’t thank them enough. They cared to my every need for the full 24 hours of the day and the 6 days of my stay. The cleaners have made sure all my needs were met, bed changed, bins emptied and floors mopped. The catering ladies made sure all my meals were delivered on time and plates cleared and taken back.

The translators Celine, Benji, Jacob and Romeo have been outstanding. Checking I have everything I need, and assisting me with any translating that was required. They also kept me company in my last 2 days and hung with me in the garden area and we got to speak on a variety of random topics. Which was super nice.

Finally the social media manager Matt was also very lovely and reassuring. We filmed a small video regarding my time here, and he and the team presented me a beautiful Turkish Eye plaque gift. Which was super surprising and wonderful.

Overall everything has been splendid and I cannot thank everyone enough. It has made my time here run so smoothly and most of all, worth while. To anyone I may have left out, my apologies and thank so much again for changing my life for the better. I can’t wait to fully recover and enjoy my results.
My doctor and patient coordinators will also be checking in on my recovery.

The team at the airport was incredibly systematic and organized until I boarded my flight to the UK. Before coming to Irmet Hospital, I researched many hospitals. During my research, I had the opportunity to speak with many people who had been to Irmet hospital , and it was even better than what they described. As someone who has had surgery in a few hospitals, I can say it's the only hospital I've been impressed with in terms of hygiene, surgical procedures, and care. Dr. Kadir is a fantastic doctor; I didn't experience any pain after the surgery. The post-operative care was incredibly good. Everyone was very attentive, and the team worked professionally. The doctors came by every day for check-ups. The carers and nurses constantly asked if I needed anything. In the ward where I stayed, there were complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries (besides the three meals). If I ever need surgery again, I would definitely choose Irmet Hospital.

Very happy with everything from being picked uo at airport to hospital and the surgery. The staff was really good at Irmit hospital and the surgery was a really good outcome . Recommended Very satisfied ❤️. Also the language barrier was a bit complicated but they had amazing interpreters who were always on shift to help out .

I came to Irmet for plastic surgery and my experience with this hospital from the cleaners, the kitchen ladies, the patient
coordinator, the interpreters, the nurses and the surgeon is fantastic. Good quality care all the way. Best decision of my life, no regrets at all.
