The staff and nurses are amazing at there job. They are at your beck an call.
The hospital is spotless. You can have your companion sleep on the same room as you which was very important to me

I was unsure what to expect, surgery in turkey is something I've been looking into for quite a few years now I finally went for it and chose irmet international, I am due to go home tomorrow and my full experience here has been amazing, obviously with any surgery I endured pain I was always looked after and cared for greatly by the nurses. Mu surgeon Dr kadir is AMAZING, I had an arm lift breast uplift and implants and I am overwhelmed with my results he couldn't of got it any more perfect.
My coordinator Celine has been amazing through it all from booking making sure I got the dates I needed to coming and checking on me while I've been here, today I had a hair wash from one of the nurses it was so relaxing and she really is lovely, thabkyou so much.
I will be back and I would highly recomend irmet international and dr kadir to anyone with confidence.

Absolutely amazing experience at Irmet Hospital in Turkey! From the moment I landed, everything was seamless. The transfer drivers were punctual, friendly, and made me feel at ease right away. Once I arrived at the hospital, the entire team—doctors, nurses, coordinators, and support staff—were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and answered every question with patience and care. The facilities were spotless, modern, and well-organized. I truly felt safe and cared for every step of the way. I can't thank the Irmet team enough—highly recommended for anyone considering treatment in Turkey! Five stars all the way!

I came as a companion my 1sr thoughts B4 arriving was I'm gonna be bored and under feed jes was I wrong the food was 3 squares a day every single meal I had during my 5 day stay was banging could not fault it , entertainment side of things netflix free no sport but just cast off phone worked a charm,c the staff can not do enough for you they we brilliant from the cleaners to nurses(who were exceptional) big up to the doctor who was very attentive to my wife needs he was awesome,if you got any doubts taking a companion DONT.11/10,6 stars👍👍

At the airport, I was picked up by a driver from the hospital
When I got to the hospital, I will show my room by a nurse and a translator
They explained if there was anything that I needed that I did not understand there would be translators around to explain things. My experience was with Conor and Alex both of them excellent translators by the end of my time which was eight days we had become friends.
Wow, the best part of all my surgeon doctor KADIR after waking up from surgery, I could not believe my eyes when they unwrapped me and showed me the results. It was perfection itself even though I obviously was bruised and plenty of stitches. The pain was kept under control instantly by the nurses and by the next morning I was up and about walking down to the coffee machine where I met other people who had had their operations eight days later now and I leave Today. I am going to miss everyone here as they made me so welcome. I would definitely recommend this Hospital to anyone.
Also the first person that you get in contact is called a coordinator mine was Anthony. They are always at the end of the phone if you have any problems and they speak directly with the surgeon so don’t be afraid to use them. That is exactly what they’re therefore and also the translators do exactly the same.

I had mixed feelings about having my Gastric Sleeve surgery done in Turkey with so much negative press. It took me six months of doing my homework reading reviews on different countries, hospitals etc In the end with everything else in my life I took it to the Lord in prayer. I asked for a sign of peace being bestowed upon me the minute I found the right hospital. That feeling of peace came when I watched a few videos on Imerts YouTube channel. My mind was made up I was at peace with myself and my choice. IMERT is not situated in Istanbul as I seem to have thought for some reason or the other it’s in Çerkezköy which is about 85km away from
Istanbul. Having said that (IST) Istanbul is the nearest airport. There would be a driver waiting for me. Both journeys going and coming took 45mins this may be because I arrived at midnight and left the hospital at 4am to make my return flight back to the Uk. As I headed for the gate I was told to exit at I found my driver a lovely man and his daughter holding up an IMERT Sign he greeted me and my companion with warmth carried out suitcases to the car and gave us each a very welcomed bottle of cold water along with linking us up to WiFi. As we arrived at midnight he checked us into the hospital and carried our bags right to my room.
My coordinator Benjamin (Benji) was my first point of contact and before I left England he sent me all the necessary information such as the 10 day diet that I had to go on before the operation as well as what to pack and to expect. He also informed me that although I'm booked to have this procedure my blood tests, ultrasound scans of my legs and abdominal area as well as X-rays, Endoscopy and various other tests had to be done. In addition to this I had to have consultation with the doctor, Psychologist, Anaesthesiologist as well as the surgeon Professor Celal Çerçi a real gentleman who came to see me everyday always with a big smile on his face and I never felt rushed. He told me what I can expect to feel after the operation as well as my aftercare medication as I am diabetic. He Answered all my questions and wished me a good day. I had keyhole surgery and his stitches were very neat and they were the kind that dissolved on their own.

I kind of went off track. I had to have clearance from all the medical team mentioned above before I got the green light that my surgery had been approved and once it was approved it was then that I had to pay in cash pound sterling the remaining balance. Please note if you choose to pay by card there is a 6% charge to your card.

My surgery went well. It lasted 50mins. I was in hospital for a total of 6 days. It’s good to know that IMERT hospital is a private hospital. It has very high standards. The whole hospital is spotless the floors shine and are cleaned several times throughout the day. My room was cleaned twice a day. My room had options of Netflix, YouTube and smart Tv There were 2 beds one for me and my companion we each had our own shelves and wardrobe along with draws. There was a fridge in my room as well. Lovely Morden blinds. The room also came with air conditioner. The cleaners and all the staff there were extremely kind, welcoming and treated me with kindness and compassion.
At all times I was given an interpreter I also managed to get free dental consultation as well as dental X-rays at no additional cost. I met patients who were having multiple surgeries done some told me it was their 5th or 6th visit to IMERT. Patients were from around the world. I am told the food is very tasty as my companion looked forward to her 3 meals a day all provided by the hospital at no additional cost. I was told by my coordinator Benji that if I did not feel well enough to fly out then I could stay for a few extra nights at the hospital for no additional costs.

The day I was discharged I was given medication that I was to take for the next 4 months as well as a 2 week supply of blood thinner injections all this was part of my package plan. Including protein shakes.
At this point I would like to thank the two sisters that are both nurses Ece and Fulya for your gentle injections, of which I had many nothing a diabetic can’t handle, to the language translators Conor with that permanent smile you carry, Osman you made me feel like you were my little brother that was always there for me every step of the way taking me to all my appointments including the dentist of which i have a dental phobia you made me feel at ease. Eda forever going the extra mile with grace, compassion and kindness. 3 brilliant male nurses and Jake the translator, Kate the Nutritionist who is constantly replying all my messages to date on how to eat right with patience Benji my coordinator and friend who’s answered my 101 messages promptly with patience you all are not just great assets to IMERT you are also great ambassadors to your Country for that I truly am grateful and I thank you 🙏🏼

Irmet are amazing and have been from the start, everyone there is so kind and caring , the hospital is lovely and clean and very welcoming, the food is amazing , I'm very happy I found irmet hospital and definitely will be going back there for further surgery I would like to especially thank my coordinator Celine for always being so kind and patient and answering all my questions no matter what is was she was and still is always there to help me nothing is to much for her , also thank you to dr kadir for his amazing work and care , i recommended irmet hospital 100% to anyone who is considering surgery you will not find better anywhere else I'm very thankful I found them they are truly amazing

I had surgery here in March 2024, I decided to leave it almost a year to see if I had any complications and I don't. The hospital was very clean, the staff were so friendly, I was worried as it was the first time I've left the country for surgery, but everything was great and the staff were so attentive. I was picked up at the airport and dropped off after my surgery by a friendly driver who carried our bags all the way to the check in desk. Great service and I'll definitely come back again.

Went in February this year for reduction with implant replacement and TT. Service was lovely over there and was happy with my results at first.

When I got back to England my t junctions on my boobs wouldn't heal. Took 6 months for one to heal and one still hasnt healed and I have a big sore all over it.

I'm getting treatment twice a week with the NHS still to this day and now need to pay private to get it fixed.

Ive been in touch with the coordinator explaining all this and how much I can't do eg wash, clean, look after my kids (as a single mother) and how my mental health has been impacted massively.

I'm out of pocket with all the expenses I'm having to pay out. I was promised they would get back in touch. They didn't. My mother in law was back in the hospital last month and spoke to a manager and asked to deal with it on my behalf and they were fine with that, only not to see her again. When my mother in law flew back the manager and coordinator changed their mind and said I need to speak to them. I got back in contact with the patient coordinator explained everything again to her. Said she would get back in touch and didnt. Ive had to chase and ask for complaints email address and to have everything in email.

To be ignored and then told i need to speak on phone when ive already said im too stressed and suffering badly with my mental health due to all the issues. On numerous occasions ive asked for contact via email and complaints email but not been given it and told i need to speak on phone first.

After harrassing me that i need to speak on phone i agreed and they didnt call me!!!.

Its like a big game to them. Its disgusting how they treat patients. They dont care if you have issues or gone through hell as long as they got paid and have your money.

Would not recommend going as you don't get looked after the minute you leave and I've ended up with wonky boobs that are still not healed. Avoid at all costs!!!!

My experience with Irmet started when i txted them on their fb page. Started chatting with Bedii who helped all the way through my journey , his communaction was excellent coudln t be better. I arrived in istanbul and after a few moments i recieved a txt from Bedii were he also helped me to get in contact with the driver. This guy also txted me evrey single day while in hospital to see if evreything is ok and also came to say hello evreyday. Regarding the staff in hospital they all amazing helpfull well educated all of them they all give their 100%. Cleanliness in hospital is also 100% , they also treated my companion with a 3 course meal evreyday and the food was very good as well. I highly recommend this hospital 100%.

I had a wonderful experience at Irmet Hospital from start to finish. I was a little nervous about traveling abroad for surgery but I needn't have worried. I had breast reduction surgery and could not be happier with the results. The surgeon (Dr. Kurt) and all the nursing staff were wonderful. I had lots of tests pre-surgery to make sure everything was okay - and the post-operative care was fantastic, so much so that the pain really was very minimal. Actually the hardest thing about it was getting used to sleeping on my back, that's how well everything went! Special thanks to my coordinatior Benji and translators Usman, Conor and Jake. All the staff really were wonderful, from the drivers to the lovely lady who brought me my meals to the cleaning ladies who came in twice a day to make sure everything was kept very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the nursing staff who offered me protein shakes or bottled water or regular sheet changes or anything else that I needed. I also appreciated the little garden outside where it was possible to go for daily walks which really helped my recovery. Next year I am hoping to get an arm lift and if I do decide to go ahead with that I will definitely be getting it done at Irmet Hospital!

Before I went there to Irmet hospital I did some research, I was in touch with some patients. And I didn’t even doubt one second that this is where I want to go. I will start with Farah my coordinator thank you so much for your patience I’ve been asking one hundred millions questions before and after and she was so kind and patient with me. A massive big thanks to my surgeon Dr. Muzaffer Kurt he is so talented and caring doctor. The care i received from day one was higher than I expected. Big thanks my favourite nurse Engin , staff nurses interpreters all off them was amazing and looking after you constantly asking if I need anything. Spotless hospital, great food. Dinner lady always happy smiling, cleaners coming 2-3 a day to keep your room and shower clean. The best choice and amazing transformation was achieved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I had a gastric sleeve on the 27th of May! My amazing coordinator, Alina, arranged everything, so from the pickup at the airport to the drop-off, everything was outstanding!
Doctor Celal was incredibly caring and did a wonderful job! He would come every morning and ask if I was okay and if I had any questions.
Nurses checked on me all the time, and whenever I was in pain or needed something, I could press the red button and literally they were there in seconds. They checked my blood pressure regularly and did blood tests every day.
Translators, kitchen staff and cleaners were fantastic!
Kate, the dietitian, prepared all the things that I needed to follow after the surgery. I could ask her for anything after I left the hospital and I got a quick response from her.

I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. Clean room and bathroom, mini fridge in the room and TV with Netflix. My daughter got served three delicious meals every day while we were there.

All staff made my time there great and supported me in every way possible.

Thank you very much to all the staff at Irmet Hospital! I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone, and I would go again if I needed anything else done.
