This is the second pillow I have had, the first for many years, this new one is so fluffy. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy.

I have been extremely impressed with the service I received. Throughout my dealings with them, I found everyone to be highly professional, prompt, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They were always responsive and went out of their way to assist whenever needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would happily use their services again in the future.

I was pleased with the service from Intus Healthcare, particularly given that the product was in short supply at the time. Kudos to Intus Healthcare for ensuring the product remained available and for delivering it promptly and on time.
However, I was surprised to see that the product packaging had changed. This raised a question for me regarding the reason for the packaging change, particularly as the product price appears to have remained unchanged.
Overall, I appreciate the effort made to maintain availability and ensure timely delivery, but greater transparency around packaging changes would be helpful and appreciated by customers.

Did not send me all of my order
As they closed early on a Friday was not able to get it sorted until Monday left message on answer phone
They did send out the bit I was missing but was made to feel that the dispatch depot do not check items out correctly and all I got was a sorry for my inconvenience I had to delay my trip because I can not leave items on my doorstep

Sophisticated home sleep test kit, easy to carry out by following the instructions and connecting to a smart phone app. The result was quick and very detailed to precisely diagnose obstructive sleep apnea in my case and propose some treatment options. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery. Unfortunately I received liners with 2 holes in them, (not sure the purpose of 2 holes?), rather than the one hole which is quite adequate for me.

Sent a lead for my dreamstation it was the wrong lead which it stares it fits my machine returned and still waiting a refund
