I ordered a machine with accessories and a face mask and paid extra for next day delivery. I Ordered on a Sunday, presumed they would sort this on Monday and i would receive it Tuesday. Nothing came when they said ,Tuesday and after waiting in all day i rang and complained, and got £10 back. Whether that was for my total wasted day at home to sign for it or a refund for the service, that wasnt their fault, i never asked, so sat in all day Wednesday as well. When my package finally arrived, it then had missing items that i had to ring a second time about and had been “forgot”. So these then came on another day. Not the best service i had expected.

Fantastic customer service no question to small staff all ways polite and patient ordered a delivered under 2 days but DHL failed. I contacted the company they took my disappointment onboard they chased up DHL on my behalf and got a delivery the next day what more could you ask for.

Item arrived quickly and was exactly as described on the website. Didn't need any customer service so can't comment on that.

This was an amazing service to have while travelling abroad for work. I wasn't sure if the service existed, but I found Sleep Tight and it was exactly what I needed. They shipped a CPAP straight to my hotel, arriving the day before I was expected. And I was able to ship it back when my stay was over. All I had to do was order a UPS label and pickup from the hotel. I emailed to let them know the tracking, and they already had the unit back! Amazing. And no hassle for me to try and pack it and go through security with it. What a life-saver!!

It's a good sleep mask liner, but the price is crazy. Only ordered as an emergency for quick delivery.

Will use others moving forward

I ordered a lead to connect my cpap to a 12v battery. The photo showed the lead clearly with an ending that fitted a cpap. I asked on the order would it fit my model. There was a delay but eventually something arrived. What came had an ending for a cigarette lighter. When I said that was no good there were more emails while they promised a solution.
Then they said no solution, please return for a refund. Now they're not answering my emails or phone calls , and no refund has been issued.
They took my money in august and its nearly October. It was almost £70. I am considering legal advice.

We wanted to take our daughter on an aboard holiday to Spain .Part of her fit to fly condition was to have a portable concentrator during the flight. When I contacted Sleep Tight , Henry & Darlene were really supportive arranging the correct machine to meet our daughters needs. Everything arrived in plenty of time before we were due to fly and they gave us the option to have equipment pick up or send back ourselves when we got back .
We would highly recommend Sleep Tight and will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent service , thank you Henry & Darlene

I received item 2 days after I requested.
They had given excellent support on how to use the device. When it's time to return, they guided me the return process.

I am still waiting for delivery of the 3 masks I ordered. I had to wait several weeks for delivery, I've just discovered it has been delivered to the wrong address.

A quick professional service from order to delivery of a product very fit for purpose. Cannot be faulted.

Good strap but sometimes ears are tight and gets painful

Great service, had a little niggle early on but my query was answered within a couple of hours, even though it was sent at the weekend. The machine itself, while not the latest version, works well and has improved my Sleep Apnoea. It's great to be able to get a CPAP machine while waiting for a free one on the NHS. It arrived the day after I placed the order, when I'd sent proof of my sleep Apnoea and set up the direct debit, all very easy and quick. Really pleased.

When I ordered, I had put a note that I need the item just a day before my departure. They ensured the item reached me before 2 days of my journey giving me peace of mind. The payment and other things were super easy and they were always there to help and guide us. Upon return they sent a reminder to send the item back which is always good as we may forget it after a tiresome international journey. I recommend them.
