Fast delivery good customer service answered queries very quickly website was easy to understand so you could order correct item as there are so many CPAP items out there now you need to be able to make sure your ordering the correct item. Peter

Great company, really helpful
I ordered a ResMed 11 CPAP machine and when it arrived, the water tank was missing.
I left a message through the "Contact Us" page on their site, and did not get a response within 24 hours. I decided to call them, just to hurry things along. Both numbers said to leave a message, but the mailboxes were both full.
I'll admit, that felt like a red flag, and having spent (for me) a very large amount of money, I was rightfully peeved that part was missing, and I couldn't seem to get through to anyone. So I left a snarky comment on their Facebook page and was preparing to go scorched earth.
During which time they reached out to me by: phone, WhatsApp, and Facebook, each comment/call outlining how they were going to set things right - to overnight the missing part.
I realised that I'd overreacted, they are obviously not Amazon with thousands of employees. They're a small firm, but when you flag an issue, they put it right.
I was impressed by the multiple ways they reached out to me, and how quickly the missing tank arrived.
Really good firm, highly recommended.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. First time using them and there was a mistake with the order which they resolved straight away and communication was amazing and couldn’t do enough to resolve my issue. Will definetly be using again

They were very helpful when I had to return something I do have that machine and I bought but I'm still using it so I would not be given it' an honest review until I've used it for a while but customer services I was happy with.

Going above and beyond!
My delivery went wrong! it was annoying! Sleeptight when they were made aware of the issue, dealt with it quickly and professionaly. They had the item delivered next day (which i hadnt paid for initialy) so that the item would be with me in time for a planned trip. I am impressed with the service and they went above and beyond, a definative 5 Stars. Well Done

A great company to deal with
A great company to deal with. Communicated well. Only problem I had was through their courier company but, at the time I was travelling making it very difficult.

Terrible experience immediately forced to sign direct debit very old machine no settings adjusted couldn’t use it single day now cancelling as service was very poor very old machines delivery send to wrong address one went missing too expensive and old would recommend going else where more professional

We would like to clarify that your order was placed through our website after accepting our rental Terms and Conditions, which explain the equipment provided, the rental process, and the payment arrangements, including the Direct Debit authorization. These terms were agreed to before your order was completed.
Regarding the replacement mask, it was initially dispatched to the delivery address provided with your order.
The courier confirmed delivery through GPS tracking and driver records. Although the parcel was confirmed as delivered, we nevertheless arranged and dispatched a further replacement mask at no additional cost to you, despite the original mask not being returned. This replacement alone represented a significant goodwill gesture on our part.
Throughout your rental, our team remained in regular contact and responded to the concerns that were raised. The issues communicated to us related primarily to the mask. Had we been informed that your husband was experiencing difficulties with the therapy pressure or machine settings, we would have been happy to provide further guidance and support.
To ensure fairness, we also restarted your rental period so that you were not charged for the time affected by the replacement mask delay.
The CPAP machine supplied was a fully functional ResMed S9 AutoSet. While it is not the latest model, our rental plan does not state that the newest machine will be supplied. The S9 AutoSet remains a premium, clinically proven Auto CPAP device that continues to be widely used due to its reliability and performance. Our rental package also clearly states that equipment is selected by us and includes an Auto CPAP machine, a complimentary mask, and the standard accessories included in the plan.
Although we are not contractually obliged to provide a refund, we still offered a £55.00 goodwill payment in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. We are, however, unable to agree to the additional compensation requested.
We genuinely regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. Throughout this matter, we have tried to resolve your concerns fairly, professionally, and in accordance with the rental agreement accepted at the time of purchase.
We wish you and your husband every success with his ongoing CPAP therapy.
The power pack purchase was incompatible
The power pack purchased said it was compatible with my CPAP DreamStation which it wasn’t. I returned the item with an explanation of error code. I received a prompt and full refund. After an initial miscommunication I have to say the customer service was excellent.

CPAP 5 Star Service
Called Sleep Tight (CPAP Solutions Limited) yesterday and spoke with a lovely, very helpful lady to make sure they had a mask in stock, I was assured they did and as it was late afternoon I just made the cut for next day delivery. My mask arrived today as promised, with several confirmation emails from them and the delivery company. What a brilliant company to deal with, saved me another sleepless night because the NHS don’t provide total face masks anymore.
I can’t praise them enough, thanks.

I found Sleep tight by accident while looking at another supplier, the product I needed was available straight away with sleep tight and at a cheaper price so it was a no brainer really. Easy to use website, very quick delivery, I will definitely use this company again.

Very happy - Great purchase
After a little confusion caused by my junk mail folder, I can't not fault the customer service provided. The refurbished unit I received was in great condition with the carry bag in great condition and new tubing. They even supplied a European plug as going to be used when staying at my house abroad.

Will buy again
I had a problem with delivery (not Sleep Tight's fault) and they responded promptly with the necessary documentation. This allowed me to solve the problem. As for the product itself, helpful documentation and everything works as described.
