Help was given to buy what was suitable for myself

Despite paying for express shipping, there were multiple delivery delays on Intus' side. When you order, be sure to email them to make sure the product ships!

I was directed to you by wanting a replacement breathing tube for my CPAP machine,the tube arrived in normal time maybe a little costly but I guess that's the price you pay these days,I can't fault the service from them and will surely use them again.

Was supposed to receive my cpap the next day as I ordered before 2. My machine had broken . Did not receive till 2 days later

I need only the part I ordered at a fraction of the price for somethings I did not need.

It arrived quickly and it works great!

My first time dealing with this company.I ordered the wrong product my fault entirely but was given advice on returns and alternative products excellent customer service

1. Delivery was delayed and I wasn't informed until I asked.
2. Once set up the mask made clicking noises when used which kept me awake.
3. I couldn't find anything wrong so I lost sleep for several days.
4.Eventually I got rid of the noise by spraying the connection with lubricant for plastics.
I think 2 stars would be more accurate. Can't see how to change it.

I ordered a new CPAP mask for my son to try (still not found a perfect fit due to his health and development).

Intus shipped it quickly and I had good updates throughout the whole process.

Unfortunately the mask didn't work out for him (pressure sore on his nose due even with a barrier tape, due to his skin being quite vulnerable).

Will happily use Intus Healthcare again, if a new mask worth testing hits the market.

The device with the hook and the loop made my mask much more comfortable and increased my sleep. Positioning the loop above my head and sliding the CPAP hose through it meant that I no longer have the tube trailing over my neck and disturbing me. There is also a handy hook on the pole where I can hang my mask during the day. There is a flat base to the pole which fits under the mattress so that you can position the loop to the side or at the head of the bed and there are no unsightly marks on the wall from glued hooks. The pole is also collapsible and comes in a little pouch, making it convenient to add to the CPAP holdall when you travel
All in all a great little addition to the apnoea fighting equipment. Thoroughly recommend.
