Intus is a brilliant way to receive a prompt diagnosis of Sleep Apnea. I subscribed to the Intus Plus service. I have all the CPAP equipment and regular monitoring by the very professional and friendly staff.

Ease of use
It was easier to sign up and more convenient than buying. When I finished using it, it turned out I do not have sleep apnea, so it was easy to send back.

Useful and thorough feedback
Useful and thorough feedback: this is clearly a well-practised and professional service. The only odd thing was that my wife's BMI was pronounced 44.4('very obese') when it should have been given as 20.3. This was quickly altered when drawn to their attention.

A very good level of service from…
A very good level of service from initial apnea test to providing a CPAP machine. Would have been 5 stars however their use of DHL as a courier has tarnished their reputation, as the machine due for delivery on 2nd Sept remains outstanding with no one at the company able to provide a guaranteed delivery date and time a day later despite many attempts by email phone to find out whats happening, which in turn has already placed my planned sleep apnea treatment a day behind schedule. Please change your courier to someone more reliable such as DPD and I will happily provide a detailed 5 star review of the full service you provided.

Excellent service and genuinely helpful support
I had a really good experience with Intus Healthcare from start to finish.
I initially ordered a CPAP machine and mask, but there was a stock issue with the mask just before I was due to leave the UK. Giny Humbles was extremely helpful and handled everything quickly and professionally. She helped me change to a suitable alternative mask, made sure the CPAP machine and mask were dispatched together the same day, and provided the tracking details straight away.
The timing was very important for me, and I really appreciated how efficiently she sorted everything out without making the process stressful.
The sleep test process was also straightforward, the results were clear and detailed, and the overall service has been excellent.
A big thank you to Giny and the Intus Healthcare team. Highly recommended.
