From first contact with this company, through carrying out of the initial sleep test to delivery of my equipment, I cannot rate this company high enough.

I took a monthly payment plan as I felt this would be the best way to monitor my treatment going forward. I am glad that I did this and I think it will be worth every penny.

The procedure is comprehensive and I have received two face-to-face consultations via Teams so far. The first was before I started treatment the second a week later and I have another consultation at one month. There are further consultations during the first year of treatment.

Use of the CPAP machine showed immediate results which can be tracked through a portal. I’m glad I went with this company and didn’t wait for an appointment with the NHS!

The mask liners are more expensive than they used to be

This is a brilliant company to deal with if you have any suspicion that you may have sleep apnoea. They provided the 'at home test', which was very easy to do and return. The results were clear and resulted in a GP appointment then Hospital appointment. We were able to hire a CPAP machine for the 7 months that we waited to get an NHS one. Fantastic service and very personal care.

I had several queries, both technical and administrative, regarding the equipment and the Intus team were always exceptionally helpful and efficient at providing prompt and complete answers. They were also outstandingly helpful, flexible and considerate when, due to circumstances beyond their control and mine, I had to consider returning the order. I would definitely want to deal with them again.

I have made a few purchases from Intus and each time they have been an excellent company. Whether answering queries helpfully, having a wide selection of products available, providing quick delivery or managing returns they really do provide great service and I would happily recommend them time and again.

When starting out with CPAP I really struggled with mask comfort and finding a good solution for me. Intus allowed me to do that and their return insurance provided the peace of mind I needed to find the right product to have a comfortable nights sleep. Something that felt like it would be impossible when I started out!
