I retired earlier this year from a long time CEO role of a listed plc. We really had a focus on customer service, especially in 2 divisions, and grew rapidly.
Intus excels in this area. In particular, Dan was very proactive in spotting that I had called just before the business opened and called me back and quickly fixed an issue. Kloe has been exceptional in her explanations, support and encouragement which I have appreciated.
A great company that deserves to do well.
The kit also functions very effectively and has changed my life! Delivery has always been fast.
I cannot recommend them enough.

The report is not signed, so apparently no-one is willing to take responsibility. I made a couple of mistakes on my questionnaire submission (brain fog from ME/CFS or OSA???), but the sleep technician did not follow up to confirm or rule out changes to the report's conclusions caused by the corrections: this is unprofessional. On the positive side, the kit was posted very quickly. It's unfortunate that Royal Mail held on to it in their local hub for three days before finally delivering it. The test itself went smoothly, the helpdesk response was quick and effective, and my GP seemed impressed, but not enough to make a diagnosis.

My order came thru quickly and also the refund was processed promptly on the mask I returned unopened. Ver efficient a d trustworthy.

I wish all online transactions could be as simple and straight forward as Intus. I easily found what I needed on their website, I purchased it and it was delivered the next day. No fuss, no delays.

Asked questions about previous healthcare, and got nowhere.

Speedy delivery although royal mail were a day later than expected due to a third party software crash. I expect to use Intus for future CPAP supplies.
