Very positive experience in acquisition and revision/extension of insurance. Before we got our visa, we used this insurance for application, but had last minute changes in travel dates as we were granted an earlier entry and longer travel period. The customer service assigned to us did a really great job in laying out options of extensions and refund-repurchase. It was also a very fast turnover and you wouldn't wait for days.

Due to some issues with my visa i was forced to cancel and change the dates of my insurance, Insurte made the process extremely easy and straightforward (which I can appreciate in the sea of gimmicks and loop holes). The operator assigned to me was also very patient and understanding of my situation and she gave me a step by step on how I could move forward. All in all, instant insurance, almost an instant cancellation and refund process, and great prices.

I had a very positive experience with Insurte. Although my refund request was submitted well past the stated deadline, the company still chose to honor it as a gesture of good faith and professionalism. They were not obligated to return the money, which makes their decision even more appreciated.

It is rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and long-term reputation. Their customer service team was understanding, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process.

Based on my experience, Insurte appears to be a trustworthy company that values its customers and stands behind good customer service. I truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility.

Bought insurance for my trip but unfortunately some family members can’t secure a visa due to lack of interview appointments with VFSglobal. Insurte customer service is one of the most responsive and helpful even when you’re canceling the insurance for a refund. Insurte will be my go to insurance for my trips.

I was able to get travel insurance for a Schengen Visa application. The process was so simple, easy, and streamlined. Even when I needed urgent amendments to my policy (due to mistakes made on my part during the application), they were quick to help me via email.
