C'est ma 2e fois que j'utilise Insurte pour mes assurances voyage et je suis très satisfait de la prise en charge. La première fois, je devais modifier le contrat parce qu'un membre de ma famille n'avait pas eu de visa et la prise en charge était très rapide. Pour la 2e c'était pour annuler un contrat d'assurance en double à cause d'une erreur qui s'était glissée sur un numéro de passeport.

I was notified that a current Travel insurance contract will be renewed automatically and the contract was no longer required. I sent a mail to Insurte and within less than 24 hours I received confirmation that the contract is terminated and the refund activated. I had a visa application delayed at the embassy meaning my insurance wqs already in motion and was on the 3rd day. I quickly sent mail to Insurte explaining my circumstances, within 10minutes I got a reply telling me what documents to send and how to to go about ky application with a template, I replied the mail using the information given plus requested documents, I can comfirm within some fews minutes I got a very favourable response that inspire of my contract (insurance) already in motion,they are putting a hold on my insurance pending my a decision on my visa application, this to me is human and excellent service provided and with the rapid response to their mail,I am yet to experience any service delivery company that are fast and responsive to mails from their clients.
