Pretty straight forward and quite helpful to correct errors promptly

I intended to amend this policy by extending the return date to 11 November. However, I mistakenly changed the departure date as well, which resulted in two policies being issued.

I contacted your customer service team to have the original policy amended to reflect the correct travel dates and the duplicate policy cancelled.

The assistance I received was quick, efficient, and an absolute pleasure. The matter was resolved without any hassle.

I had to make a change on my insurance policy & Karine got it sorted for me in probably 15min. I am very impressed with how quick she got it done.

I recently had a great experience with Insurte while working through a complicated situation with my Portugal D7 visa. After my initial travel plans were delayed, I reached out to them to adjust my insurance policy dates. Even though I didn't have my original flight reservation documentation anymore, their team was incredibly helpful and worked with me to find a solution. By providing copies of my passport, they were able to successfully revise my policy to align with my new travel dates. I really appreciate their flexibility and excellent customer service in helping me get everything sorted out.

I would recommend Insurte, I bought travel insurance for my Schengen visa application, but need to update it with one detail, I contacted Insurte and Paul replied to me in a matter of a couple of hours and got my policy updated on the same day! I really appreciate his prompt reply and action, I would use Insurte again over other providers!

When I went to get my travel insurance for the Schengen VIsa, their website included 3 plans for me to pick from. Unfortunately, the middle tier plan for $176 didn't meet the standards for Austria. It has a 30 euro deductible. This makes it not compliant. I found out when my wife was interviewing for her visa. I had to buy another plan with a 0 euro deductible. I contacted Insurte and they did refund the money on the policy. They could see I had to purchase a 2nd policy.

I had an excellent experience with Insurte's customer service. After my Schengen visa application was dismissed by the immigration authorities, I needed to reschedule my trips and adjust the travel dates on two of my three policies. I contacted the support team by email, explaining my situation and attaching the updated flight itineraries.

The response was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful at every stage. The team confirmed that the date amendments were possible, reviewed my itineraries carefully, and proactively extended the coverage by one day on either side of each trip to allow for potential flight delays — all at no additional cost, as the revised duration remained within seven days. The updated policy certificates were delivered promptly by email.

What impressed me most was the team's attentive and solution-oriented approach. Rather than simply processing the change I had requested, they took the initiative to suggest a more prudent coverage window, which I found both thoughtful and reassuring as a traveller. The communication throughout was clear, courteous, and efficient.

I would not hesitate to use Insurte again for future travel insurance needs, and I warmly recommend their service to fellow travellers.
