Took out unoccupied property insurance for my last mother’s home that was in probate and awaiting sales completion. It was completed quicker than expected. Rob was very helpful and immediately arranged a refund for me. He was very helpful and provided immediate email reponses too me.

Insurance itself was very easy to set up online was a change in the policy which allowed a refund which was advised on the same day and paid on the same day. You can’t ask for more than that.

I was needing insurance for an empty house for a short time while it was sold after probate. The alternatives offered gave the protection I needed at a reasonable price. It was a bonus when after one month the property was sold and I received a refund for the unused time. Excellent service. Fully recommend.

I needed house insurance for my late mother's empty property. Unlike other companies advertising online, the policy was clearly explained and Rob responded quickly to queries. The premium was also considerably less and without any cancellation fees when the property sale went through.

I can't recommend Rob and Insuristic highly enough. Having decided to undertake the probate and management of my late father's estate without costly professional assistance I realised I needed some level of indemnity insurance. I had some issues making a payment but was provided with timely assistance even well outside of office hour. This was a bonus to me, but I was very much given the impression that help was available when needed.
