I found Rob to be very helpful and professional when insuring my late Mother in laws house. It can be quite difficult finding some insurance companies who will do this task within the probate time scale if the house is uninhibited. Aliso what's good that if house is sold before insurance ends a refund is issued. Great service thank you.

Fantastic communication from the start and made everything easy. Perfect policy for a probate home insurance as you can cancel when the property is purchased and you get a refund of any paid moneys from the day the policy cancels. Recommended!

I took out probate insurance with Insuristic following my mum's passing. The customer service received was excellent. They were very patient and thorough answering any queries I had, both within and outwith office hours. They made a very difficult time much easier and manageable for me. I can't recommend Insuristic highly enough.

I needed to arrange insurance for an unoccupied property awaiting sale. I found Insuristic via Google.
They specialise in this type of insurance, their cover is comprehensive & you can select the level of cover that best suits.
When I had a query & needed advice, help was immediately available.
When the sale completed & cover was no longer required, I contacted the company to cancel the policy. They responded immediately & a refund was with me that same week (as promised, they don’t charge cancellation fees).
I didn’t need to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of things but in every other respect, I would recommend this company.

A good clear understanding of the type of insurance i needed as executor for our empty property whilst in Probate.
The cost was also reasonable and the website easy to use.

Easy short term insurance for a vacant property, which was cancelled quickly and partly refunded when the property completed during the term.

Excellent Service provided by open honest company.
The website is easy to use, the pricing structure is clear and transparent from the outset. Policies can be cancelled when they are no longer needed without having to pay cancellation charges, and the unused portion is refunded without having to chase it
