I used the meat bbq thermometer 5 times and it stopped working. Asked for refund but they stopped replying to me. Worst company ever 30 euros to the trash. The product was really bad and the quality also. DONT BUY!!!!

Got the VS-06 number.
Vac. sealed a half dozen bags of cashews, then the vac wouldn't turn off.
The the heat sealer stopped working also.
What a POS?! That was $74 worth.
Got a manual vac sealer off Temu, for $11?! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Inkbird should be ashamed of themselves selling such POS?!
The devices "look" nice, but if the component parts are made with just crappy metal, etc., they are not going to be a long term investment.
Aldi's number for around $60 is lasting five and six years. My neighbour has one.
Still, I guess the dudes at Inkbird are swanning around the pool drinking expensive champagne and smoking $80 stogies from Cuba. They're doing very nicely out of this. Selling a $3 unit for $74. Money for a very dubious device.

Poor Product and Even Worse Support

My INKBIRD INT-11P-B thermometer stopped connecting to the probe after a short time. I followed all their instructions, including a full reset, but nothing worked.

Support then asked me to film the issue—even though I only have one phone and can’t film and test at the same time. I explained this and was ignored and have not heard back. Very poor product and disappointing customer service. Avoid.

I’ve been using Inkbird products for a while and always had a good experience – until now.

I recently bought a sprinkler controller (IIC-800-WIFI) which arrived defective: it never turned on, despite the power supply working perfectly. The device was brand new and had never worked even once.

I contacted customer support, who acknowledged that it was a product issue — yet refused to offer any help because I didn’t have the receipt.

I find it unacceptable that a brand like Inkbird would choose to abandon a loyal customer over a simple verification issue, especially when the fault is so obvious.

This is not how you build trust.
I hope this review helps other customers make informed choices.

Have had numerous back and forth with them and they even sent me a second TH-5 .
First one about 10rh out and therefore calibrated in Bodega 75% for 24 hrs and left in sealed bag reading 75% overnight.
The second one I did exactly the same procedure to calibrate.

Now one reads 52.2 and the other 62.9

Buy 6 or 12 cheap ones for £10-15 and take the average amongst them instead and replace them annually.

Useless and NO I will not contact you at Inkbird again. You have my details via ebay and because all this experimenting took more than 30 days you have not bothered to and certainly not refund

Wouldn't allow warranty on a thermometer that completely stopped working. Did all the things they asked, videos, resets, pictures, more videos and no resolution other than them saying good luck and purchase a new one. 100% still under warranty and wouldn't honor it and stopped responding.

My granddaughter gave me a thermometer for Christmas, when I attempted to pair it with my phone, I need to give up a lot of personal data to use it! I told her to send it back. Unless they are stealing my information, there is no reason to know things they are asking for to use the product!
What is with these Chinese companies, I had the same problem with an Oxiometer that you need to give up your life history to use Bluetooth!

Product is very simple to use and the company customer service is first class.

I have three Inkbird thermometers (kitchen probe, pool, and wall) and they have all impressed me for value of money, ease of use and reliability.

Been using a ink bird aquarium heater controller for 6 months the probe failed this morning
Ink Bird will not honour the 12 month warranty

I bought the inkbird IBBQ-4T and i love it ! But it start having issue with the wifi connection and i coulnd connect it anymore ... But then i've write to the customer service and they sent me an other one for free right away !!! The service is out of this world ! I will trust this compagnie again for sure !

I purchased a food sealer Inkbird Plus, first one was damaged on delivery, contacted them and they sent replacement. Told me I did not have to return broken one. Replacement one ended up with a fault making it unusable. within 6 months, I have hardly used it and it
However, they contacted me and hopefully will resolve issue. Customer Service is amazing.

I purchased a IIC-600-WiFi irrigation controller.
It is useless: each irrigation last only 30 seconds whatever the settings you choose...
I have to replace it !

Just to express a word of caution for potential buyers of Inkbird offerings - stay away from their stuff! They make pretty good hardware, which ironically cannot be used because their software engineers have no clue how to design reliably working software. I have now two units, which are completely useless due to that. I am in contact with their customer support but after half a year I decided to stop being their beta tester !!! You have been warned!!!
And do not believe the ir own website reviews - they remove the bad ones faster than you can say word INKBIRD ...

Acheté y a 1 mois, thermomètre avec 4 sondes, dans les quelles 2 marquent des valeurs faux, genre 10 ou 15 ° de plus et aucune réponse via leur sites!

Ich hatte vor 15 Monaten ein Temperaturschaltgerät dieser Firma bestellt und bislang problemlos im Einsatz. Nun stellte sich ein DFefekt heraus, der das >Gerät min seiner Funktion einschränkte. Ich bat die Firma um Hilfestellung. Hier war sehr scshnell ein kompetenter Kontakt hergestellt (Cassie) Leider konnte sie mir auch nicht helfen und riet mir, da die ein Jahres Garantie abgelaufen war zum Kauf eines neuen Gerätes.
Nach Verweis auf die in Deutschland gültige 2-Jahres Garantie und der Bitte, mir aus Kulanzgründen ein Gerät zur Verfühgung zu stellen, sendete mir die Firma InkBird innerhalb von 5 Tagen ein neues Gerät zu.
Das nenne ich mal Dienst am Kunden und problemlose kulante Umsetzung der 2 Jahresgarantie. Kompliment an die Firma mit solch kompetenten Mitarbeitern
