There was a problem with the transmitter on my thermometer. I reached out to Inkbird and the issue was resolved that day. Great communication and response time.

The quality of these units is very good. I’ve had some now for several years and they hold up well. It did take a while before they shipped or I’d have given 5 stars.

ISC-BW027 controller oven probe was providing erratic readings. I tried to purchase a new oven probe but Inkbird could not supply a replacement. Poor support for a product purchased 2 years ago. At least they could test an aftermarket probe to work with their controller.

IIC-800-WIFI Failed After Just Over 2 Years – No Solution Offered

My INKBIRD IIC-800-WIFI irrigation controller developed a "Clock is abnormal" error after just over two years of actual operation and became unusable.

The controller continuously lost its date and time settings. Factory reset and full reconfiguration did not resolve the issue.

While researching the problem, I found multiple discussions in the official INKBIRD community and reports from other users describing similar Clock Error, Clock Abnormal, Time Error and Line Error symptoms on IIC-800 controllers.

I contacted INKBIRD support and was referred to the official INKBIRD AliExpress store. The store's recommendation was simply to purchase a new controller because the warranty period had expired.

After following the process requested by INKBIRD, no repair option, replacement program, technical solution or goodwill support was offered.

My review is based on both the product failure and the after-sales experience.

I ordered a BBQ adapter (approx 15 dollars) and waited for it to arrive from China. When it got to the UK Evri messed up delivery and instead of a cheap BBQ adapter I received a pair of ladies shoes. Now I am forced to wait for an extra month before I can even choose between redelivery or a refund as Inkbird states it has to wait for the courier to decide if my parcel is lost or not! As I sent both companies involved evidence of my lovely new gold strappy shoes, I'm not what other conclusion anyone could come to.

Inkbird, by not trusting me, has treated me like a thief. Ironically, as they have not provided me with either a refund or the item I paid for, my feeling is that they are thieves.

I advise all UK buyers to look elsewhere. If they are prepared to quibble over an item as cheap as this, and treat customers in this way, how do you think they treat their workers or penny-pinch during production?

Wireless Pool Thermometer Set IBS-P02R Wifi worked fine for awhile then all of a sudden starting reading 140F. After troubleshooting with Inkbird customer service, it was determined to be faulty and under warranty. Customer service said they couldn't send me out the same replacement but rather a bluetooth version (half the cost). The distributor that I purchased from offered to refund the current cost difference between the 2 models (that's customer service). When Inkbird found out, they canceled my replacement and now are refusing to honor the warranty and are not responding to emails.

I purchased an INT-14D-BW unit direct from INKBIRD (better price than Amazon at the time). My first brisket using it was perfect. The design with multiple meat sensors and an ambient temp sensor in each probe is awesome.
One of the four probes did have a sensor issue and the customer service was very responsive and resolved issues within two days. Quickest service team I have ever dealt with.
It is my second INKBIRD product (sous vide) which has worked well. Both use the same APP too.

Wonderful customer service and product support! Reply was timely and they genuinely cared about getting me the best resolution as possible. Would definitely buy another Inkbird!

Na vele jaren werkte mijn inkbird niet meer helaas. Ik heb meteen een nieuwe besteld, maar heb per ongeluk het verkeerde bezorgadres ingevuld. Na contact met customer service werdt dit netjes opgelost. Dus zowel over het product als de service zeer tevreden!

I've been buying inkbird products for years now. Originally I was looking for an instant read thermometer that I didn't have to change it's batteries. Inkbird had a rechargeable instant read thermometer that fit the bill. As time progressed, I started buying other Inkbird products culminating in the purchase of a Sous Vide immersion circulator. I truly believe that this companie's products are a cut above the rest.

Recently bought the INT-14S-BW, these are junk and do not work, keeps disconnecting during cook. I tried returning and they make it impossible to return. All they do is continue to want you to try different tests. My base is no more than 5 feet away from the probes and still disconnects. They want me to try it with my smoker lid open to see if it still happens, I’ve tried explaining that product doesn’t work if I have to leave smoker open as I cannot use it like that. DO NOT BUY. Waste of money and they drag the return process with continuous tests that they want.

Solar unit does not charge.its supposed to transmit pool temperature and illuminate at night. After 36 hours in uninterrupted Florida sun it will do neither. The battery still shows one bar.The seller claims one has to wait up to 7 days for it to work and should shut off the light feature. It's not acceptable avoid!
