I have had two of their pool thermometers now. The first one was good for the first year, in the second year it started consuming batteries at an alarming rate (about every two weeks), and eventually it died. I was given a new one in December 25 as a gift and the batteries lasted two months, then two weeks for the next set and now it will not pair to their apps. I identified that they in fact supplied the wrong product, there is a new version that fixes the problems reported in the old version. They put the old one in a new box and refuse to replace it (as a gift I do not have a receipt). They are being extremely stubborn for the sake of a $40 device. Please don't support them. They know their devices have issues, you can see it by the way they talk about the new model being superior to the old one. Yet, they are passing off old models as new ones. It's just such terrible service for such a small cost to them.

I would give this product 5 stars except for an issue setting up the app on my phone. I don’t need or want an app on my phone so I can tell what the water temperature is in my pool while I am in a different time zone. Otherwise, it has worked flawlessly

Inkbird Australia seem to be fine, although I haven't received my item yet. They state 2-8 day delivery from the Australian warehouse. Yesterday was the 8th business day and the item has been sitting in their logistics partners warehouse within 3km of my house for 6 days now.

When i raised this with Inkbird they repeated twice that the item is 'in transit' and thanks for my patience and understanding.

Well Inkbird, I don't understand and I have run out of patience.

My recommendation is to choose another delivery option other than theor free delivery - even Australia Post does better than Inkbird logistics partner.

Ik heb een nieuwe zwembadthermometer besteld, hoopte op een meer nauwkeurige versie. De huidige geeft 2-4C aan, als het water bevroren is, best bijzonder.
Nieuwe thermometer besteld, na dik 2 weken maar eens gevraagd waar hij blijft, reactie: hij is tijdelijk niet leverbaar. Op de website kan je hem nog gewoon bestellen, ik vind dit niet betrouwbaar over komen.

I have purchased a sous vide and vacuum sealer. The vacuum sealer was DOA. Not heating up. I have been trying to contact the company for a few days now without anyone responding. I have left a voice message and FB message and today I just tried to send a contact form message and not sure it is even going anywhere. I just want them to resolve my issue or provide a refund.

I screwed up on my address where product was to be shipped leaving it in limbo. It was around Christmas time so busy season. It was lost. I reached out to customer service not expecting anything since I screwed up. Customer service replied immediately and began working with me. Guess what they went above and beyond to get my lost order to me! Great company and great people.
5 star rating was easy!

Bought an Inkbird ISV 300W In Oct 2024(1 and a 1/2 years) and used to use it weekly for meal prepping large amounts of meat. Recently tried to use it but had issues with the heating element. Unfortunately, as I was out of warranty support could only do so much. Will likely continue to use their products in the future as their products continue to offer competitive pricing on the market and are easy to use with the app.

I bought a pool thermometer that connects to my Android smartphone.
It looks professional at first, and the products are very expensive, but the quality is deplorable.
The device’s advertised range of 30 meters never exceeded 10 meters at best, which is frustrating if you’re more than 10 meters from your pool.
Bluetooth reception was poor from the start and the app is horrible, catastrophic. I tried a second one, also from Inkbird, its ergonomics were poor too, although it worked a little better.
One month later the device stopped transmitting anything.
Save yourself the trouble, forget this very expensive, low‑quality brand.
If you’re buying on AliExpress, prefer an unbranded Chinese competitor, it will cost you about half as much.
Seriously, look for an alternative, you’ll save time and money.

These people are astonishing. They got to me with an email query within an hour, even though it was late on the weekend here in Canada. Their information was direct and understandable and ultimately, even though it was entirely my fault, they sent me a replacement part free of charge. I would give them 10 stars if that was allowed.

I always knew that I would end up buying this Inkbird, the site had a good deal and free shipping and I decided to buy, I was surprised by the good shopping experience on the site and the fast shipping

Good product with one important caveat: you need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for the gateway, and placement matters. I put the IBS-M2 near the pool-side wall/window and connection has been reliable. The app updates quickly, the sensor floats well, and the readings feel accurate compared with my other thermometer. If you’re on the edge of range or have concrete walls, move the gateway closer and it works great.

We had placed an order and had not received it. We discovered that we had mistyped the address to which to send the order. We contacted Inkbird customer service. The customer service was outstanding! They replied very quickly; and when made aware of the mistaken address, corrected the order for us and had the order re-sent. We received the order and are very happy with the product.
