Got a fast and professional assistance on my issue. Few probs stopped working. The malfunction was diagnosed fast and a replacement probs are on the way.

very happy with the thermometer, the angled/stand-up display is awesome and is nice to see temps at a glance. It's nice to not have to open your phone every time, even though that is an option too.

Did not respond in a timely manner when I wanted to cancel order. Respondded 3 days later after it shipped. I was not in town and they were unable to process a return for an item not received.

I bought a swimming pool thermometer last year and it worked really well. However at the end of the season there was a touch of fogging in the display window, I assume some moisture had got in. Unfortunately, this year, it is now reading about 20 degrees C lower than the actual temperature :-( However, Inkbird have been great, really responsive via email and no quibble, they are sending me a new, ungraded unit.
You can't ask for more than that.

I tried other things to try to regulate the temp in my brooder but they were worthless. Inkbird is simple to use and set up and actually works. I no longer worry that my birds will overheat.

Tried for over 40 minutes to register this stupid thing on app and then log in with a passcode it was ridiculous. Then the stupid thing wouldnt connect. U would think i was trying to enter the Pentagon it was so difficult i gave up

I purchased a wireless thermometer from Inkbird two years ago. Upon receiving it, I was disappointed by the lack of an ambient temperature alarm. Inkbird promised to send me a new unit of an updated version if this feature was ever released. Two years later, the new version came out, and they actually followed through on their promise. Very impressed with level of customer service!

I had a technical issue with the sensor on my IHC-200. After contacting support and providing the necessary video documentation, the communication was professional and efficient. Inkbird handled the warranty claim correctly by sending a replacement unit. A very satisfactory experience with a brand that takes responsibility for their products.

I have bought several Inkbird products and, while I have had issues in the past, their Customer Service has always been faultless and replaced products free of charge when necessary.
This time though I bought the product IBS-P04R which was a brilliant product while it worked. Unfortunately after 5 months it fell apart which seems to be a common occurrence, looking at the reviews on Amazon. I like and need this product so all I want is a new one but they are refusing to send me one - I suspect they know the product is no good so are not wanting to send more out.
Unfortunately they are also refusing to refund the product despite their 1 year warranty claims. They are now not answering emails either. All they have done is to offer to replace the product with a different, cheaper product that does less.
Not at all happy with them!

I am now updating the review as they have, following the initial review, refunded the money and explained what the issue is. As I guessed from the number of bad reviews on Amazon, the product had to be withdrawn due to quality issues and that is the reason they cannot replace it. So, I have updated the review from 1 to 3 stars as the customer service improved although the product, while being brilliant and innovative, does fall apart after a few months. Hopefully, if they do release a working version, they will let me know as I will certainly buy it as I do not know of any other product that monitors pools and spas water quality while being solar powered and sending the results to a meter that you can see without having to get up or go out to check it yourself.

I should have read the other reviews about how hard this product is to get synched up with a router. I have tried everything and I still don't have communication between the gateway and my router and I'd like to return this. Please let me know how to go about this.

Have one of their wireless food thermometer. It has never worked and constantly discon3cts from the Bluetooth on my phone.

Livraison très longue ! J'ai enfin reçu mon colis... Il fait des milliers de kilomètres (Chine) et est emballé n'importe comment sans protection suffisante. Bilan le coffret est tout endommagé. Je ne recommanderai jamais d'autres produits Inkbird à la maison mère. Cette société se moque de ses clients!
