I ordered an IPT-2CH thermostat which controls two heating mats. The unit had an issue with a delayed response on one of the probe sockets, which also had a temperature offset. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. The response was very quick and professional and I was offered a replacement unit. I hope it was only a bad unit and that the issue will be solved in the new one.

I have had mixed experiences but I generally enjoy Inkbird products. The Radon detector was hard to connect to wi-fi. Delivery was delayed and I found the customer service rude when I inquired. I hope the customer experience improves.

Excellent, compact , cable free unit that does exactly what they advertise. Love it.

I've just had my second sous vide circulator break down after 5 months! The products look good but have inferior quality components in them. My latest 5 month old unit has started rusting! A device designed to be used submerged in water has mild steel components in the temperature probe, totally unacceptable and I will never buy another Inkbird product ever again! I have contacted their customer service and still waiting for their reply which I don't expect to hear back from them, garbage products from a bodgy company, avoid at all costs!!

I purchased the INT-14-BW probes and they are amazing. I use these probes on a regular basis from the smoker, oven, stove top, and slow cooker. My food is now cooked evenly. The probes and device are user friendly, no issues. Got a set for my father for his birthday and now he doesn’t have to run in and out of the house checking the food temp lol. Having the probes labeled with numbers is also great perk. Any extra food I seal in the INKBIRD food vacuum which works great, but I haven’t tried any other brands.

Ik heb melding gemaakt van 1 niet werkende probe (van de 4)na vlot over en weer mailen is het eindresultaat dat Inkbird mij een nieuwe stuurt!

As the Family Pitmaster(GRAMPY'S BBQ), I was looking to augment my Thermoworks Smoke X4 with the Billows Fan with the Internet/Wi-Fi capable wireless temperature probes. I looked at everything that's currently available on the marketplace. I chose the Inkbird INT-14-INT-BW because it comes with 4 probes and it was on a signifigant end of the year sale.
Initially I had trouble with one of the probes during a cook that caused me to change to another probe. I immediately contacted Inkbird customer service. In a quick reply they sent me a series of test to put the probe 1
through. I sent the results back to Inkbird that showed no problem. Last night I used it to smoke a 2.5lb piece of meat. It performed the same as a second probe is a similar sized piece of meat.
I feel my money for the Inkbird INT-14-INT-BW was an excellent purchase. Inkbird customer service was very quick with helping me.

Great wireless themometer Service has been outstanding. Went out of their way to help me when the issue was clearly my fault.

Received product and it worked well. I did have to contact the Helpline and they were very responsive.

I have a wifi temperature controller, and the wifi doesn't work now, and the device itself doesn't offer the same features as the app, has to be one of the dumbest things I have seen, if you are after reliable heat control, DO NOT BUY AN INKBIRD ITC 308 WIFI, I had a lot of trouble setting up the first time, poor connection to router, so much so that I just about had the device resting on the router just to detect it, look elsewhere as this product is junk, customer support just as bad

I purchased an INKBIRD wireless thermometer for smoking meats. From the start I had problems with the correct temperatures. I made sure the probes were inserted properly. Which is the full three inches of the probe. I see this as one of the problems. After four times using the INKBIRD and each time reading the wrong temp. I contacted INKBIRD and they made me jump through hoops with videos and such. So I complied with everything thing the asked. After all this they tried to say I didn’t insert the probes in properly. I even sent the video. Don’t wait your money on this product because they won’t back it if you get a defective product.
