The quality is outstanding and the readings are excellent. The first time I used it I used the app for steak to call medium rare at 130, this yielded a medium well steak. The next time I used the option to set my own temp and I got a perfectly cooked medium rare steak.

After some issues with shipping, the company sent me a new item. Excellent customer service and a very good product.

Das Fleischthermometer ist wirklich sehr gut und wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Die Einrichtung in der APP und am Gerät ist sehr einfach und gut erklärt. Ich werde damit bestimmt sehr gute Ergebnisse beim Grillen bekommen.

I ordered a wireless BBQ themometer. It arrived well packed in a very nice box. It has it's own case for charging with a cord supplied. Very comprehensive instructions and it is really a well put together unit.
It is well worth the money. It arrived just in time for our thanksgiving turkey roast. This was a great purchase.

I orderd a brand new INT-12E-BW, and when it arrives it took not long for me to make clear that the black probe did not charge. Not in the left and also not in the right slot. So i wrote a mail to the support team, and after 4 or 5 mails, the answers came really quick for shure, it was clear that realy the probe was broken.
So i asked for a exchange for the black one. This Item is so Brand new, and they had no probes on stock. So what did they do to fullfill the needs of a customer? Inkbird company sent me a complete brand new untouched set of INT-12E-BW!!!!!! It arrived today,just 7 days later. That is what i call brilliant customer care.
Especialy the Lady who went with me through the whole process should be metioned and gets my utmost respect. Thank you LUCY you where GREAT.

Ich hatte im Frühjahr 2025 o.g. Wirless Poolthermometer gekauft, das auch den ganzen Sommer über einwandfrei funktionierte. Leider ließ sich das Poolthermometer am Ende der Saison nicht mehr einschalten.
Meine entsprechende Anzeige wurde noch am selben Tag beantwortet und nach 2 völlig berechtigten Rückfragen erhielt ich innerhalb von 1 Tag ein fabrikneues Gerät. Mehr geht nicht.

We bought this because of a review in Consumer Reports. While the product arrived in a timely manner, there was no communication after the initial confirmation email. I even tried tracking it but the shipping service did not find the order. I was concerned, but then it showed up. The directions for the device are a little sparse, but eventually we figured out how to work it.

Was delivered promptly and is working perfectly well. Easy to conenct.

Superior Customer service, responded on a Sunday afternoon, about 20 minutes after I emailed the company. We lost the probe down the garbage disposal and it ate it up. Inkbird sent a new one in the mail on following Monday
