My experience with the infared heating supplies staff has been amazing. I sent through an email wanting panels for my whole flat,we were probably back a forth about 20 times to be honest, with floor plans and measurements, advice, prices etc, my emails were responded to the very same day and I felt very confident ordering my panels from them. When I finally decided what I wanted Delivery was arranged within a day or 2 . However I messed up and ordered the wrong heaters, I was beside myself, I emailed again and said that I had made a big mistake, they replied " Not a problem, let us know which ones you want and we will arrange an exchange" no questions asked. I had the new heaters and a collection arranged within a day of sending an email. Truly outstanding customer service. I would definitely reccomend Infared heating supplies . Thank you so much for making my experience so easy and stress free.

Couldn't recommend enough. I have a flat with double height ceilings that uses electric only. My electric heaters were awful and very expensive to run so I started researching alternative ways to heat my home. After speaking to 4-5 different Infrared heater suppliers I chose this one.

They were amazing from start to finish going above and beyond and at a great price. My heating cost from my panel heaters to the infrared ones have reduced by 1/3 already and are so much more effective!

If you have a property with high ceilings or have a large space to heat then these are the perfect option.

We live in spain and ordered x 2 IR panels form these guys, they were shipped within 2 days, unfortunately the transport company at the spanish end lost one of the panels, IHS were on the case very quickly chasing to see where the lost panel was, in the meantime they dispatched a further panel within a few days
The two panels are now installed in our kitchen and we are delighted with them
Cannot fault the service and the product and would highly recommend IHS

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for this company. Helpful, congenial and all round nice people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This was the first time I purchased any infrared panels and I was a little weary to do so with a company I had never seen online previously.
However, during the process I had quite a few questions and the team at infrared heating supplies were excellent at answering my questions and even getting back to me if they were out of the office.

One thing I will say I that the delivery guy wasn’t too courteous but I don’t think that’s the companies fault!

As of now, the panels have been installed for the last two months or so and have work perfectly.

I would happily purchase from them again.

Fantastic company, who deliver on time. The quality of the heaters I have is absolutely amazing. I called them for advice as to what to purchase etc, and their advice was spot on. The heaters look fab, but more importantly heat quickly. I used to freeze in my 1200ft doggy day care, but now, I only need the heaters on for an hour or so, and it is toasty.

I wanted an IR panel but i wanted it to have a picture on it so that it looked like a painting. I trawled the net and eventually found a suitable image. I contacted infrared over the phone and discussed my requirements and they told me it would be possible.
They purchased the image for me, from the internet, and had the panel made it was delivered free of charge within 2 weeks. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the frame but that's when infrared showed their true colours. They had the frame picked up again free of charge and sent me another one free of charge all within a couple of days. I also decided that I did not require the thermostat that I had originally purchased again they picked it up from me free of charge and refunded my account the same day.
This company has been a pleasure to deal with their customer service is second to none if only all company`s were like this life would be so much easier.

I recently purchased 2 infra red heaters to boost the current heating system for a baby room within a large nursery I run. These have made such a difference making a cold hard to heat area so much warmer for the children, and even when the current heating system failed in this room this week, I could still remain operational as the infra red heaters were enough to provide the heating on their own. I have now went on to purchase another two for other rooms in the nursery as they are easy to install, safe as can be hung out of children’s reach, easy to use and economical to run. Infra red heating supplies also always deliver so fast with next day delivery. I would really recommend the heaters and the company.

We were advised to try an infrared heating panel to help take the chill off our stairs which run up the side of an outside wall in a stone cottage. In winter the wall acts like fridge rapidly cooling the air and causing a vortex and subsiquent cold draught. It would have been an expensive exercise to extend the current gas central heating system with another radiator. We didn't know anything about infrared heating panels but after a Google search found the Infrared Heating Supplies company in Bolton. They provided all the information we needed in a friendly and effecient manner.
We bought an infrared heater panel which was easily fitted to the wall and plugged into a standard 3 pin electrical socket.
The difference is significant!
We would certainly recommend this heat source and this company. We will be going back for another panel to help keep the winter chill at bay!

Excellent company, very efficient and very organized.
I have used this product for the past two years, they are a very eco form of heating for home and I find the house always warm and cosy.
I omitted to purchase thermostats, but when I requested these late in the day, they arrived next morning.
A huge bonus is that my energy bill has reduced dramatically.

I intend to mount this panel on the ceiling of a room in an 1890's cottage with very low levels of insulation. I purchased the panel at the end of last Winter and used it a few times ledged on the mantle piece.
The panel made a significant difference to the room temp and I believe when ceiling mounted I will really feel the difference.

I didn't know much about infrared heating panels but had heard about them. Infrared Heating Supplies were really helpful and discussed the different options available to me for my requirements.

I regularly host guests in my garden and I was at the end of my tether with the conventional halogen heating, always breaking and the unwanted light (for me anyway). The infrared panels give off better heat and its better distributed. They're also cheaper to run!

We have had the 1200 x 600mm 720w panel about a year now. Very easy to install, and has worked effectively without problems. We have a grade II listed timber-framed farmhouse with thin walls that is difficult to keep warm through the winter months. The panel was installed in the kitchen to provide heat around the dining table, which it does well and economically. The light weight of the panel and gentle heat that radiates outwards from the wall means there's no risk of damage to the beams and lath/plaster. The downside is its office whiteboard look, but as we have it placed low to the ground it doesn't stand out. Maybe one could be produced that you could write on...
