I recently completed my Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner training with ILX and had a great experience start to finish.

Gavin our trainer was excellent. Knowledgeable, engaging and able to bring the content to life with real examples tailored to mine and others line of work. This made a huge difference, especially with the structured methodology like Prince2 where it can feel very heavy. I did the online course which felt really well organised, easy to follow and paced well.

I'd highly recommend ILX to anyone wanting to complete Prince2 training. I had a great time learning here which has enabled me to not only pass my test but apply the knowledge with confidence. Gavin was phenomenal, and I have recommended ILX to my colleagues and beyond.

ILX is a fantastic learning service that our colleagues use. David is always on hand to respond to any queries in a very short response time and goes above and beyond to support learners. David regularly delivers presentations which are well attended and well received showing his skills and deliverance are excellent.

There is a member of staff in this organisation that delivers an absolutely fantastic level of customer service. I have dealt with her on many occasions as she deals with the account my organisation has with ILX Group, but she is quick to deliver an answer to queries, quick at resolving issues, has a great demeanour and is pleasant to talk to. She is concise but informative in her written communications and is truly a credit to the ILX Group. I would like to mention her by name but under the review guidelines I cannot, so instead have passed on my thanks to her manager directly for her great attitude to her work (I dare say I am not the easiest customer she has) and for her greatly appreciated assistance.

ILX could get an award for being the least helpful training provider. For the amount charged- the course is difficult and confusing to access, the page keeps freezing. I have had extenuating circumstances and requested for a different exam date after the time of the exam and I was told I would need to pay around £1000 to do the exams. My problem was escalated to Penny Evans Head of Operations who did not even care that my daughter was in hospital and gave me a week to come up with the money or the offer was off. Heartless, cruel and unprofessional money grabbing scammers! Disgusting, poor and unprofessional behaviour. I would not waste your money on ILX when you can pay peoplecert directly or any other training provider!

The materials and guides were useful. Attained AgilePM and PMP certifications on first try. However, the career support was non-existent as originally marketed, with no help with profile or CV review. So, quite disappointed.

easy communication

The fact that, I could study online, alone was great, making notes from ILX material, i had flexibility with my studies .i also had a great time with my course advice. However the live session was not so suitable for me, because of my work, I had issues with the timing , 8am uk time. By then I was always at work. That not withstanding I enjoyed the Agile project management course.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I actually bothered and search for website to leave my comments. I have just finished the Prince 2 Agile 2nd edition courses( in person), beginning from the course enquiry, the whole journey has been super well taken care of by Emma L, the training advisor. Her support has been above and beyond and I can’t be more grateful. The training process itself was not as expected, no pre course provided as this is a new course and material hasn’t been well developed. The overall guidance on how and where to get information was not provided, it has not been easy to find stuff. The trainer was good and helpful though. But without the support from Emma, it would have been a bad experience and I can anticipate that I won’t go back to the same training provider again. Hope ILX can retain and value these great staff and also improve the training itself. A massive thank you to her!

Exam organization and materials were at a very good level. It was helpful for my career.
