Excellent elearning for PRINCE2 7. Especially the exam simulator was very helpful.

I have received very good technical and administration support and advice from the ILX team over the 4 years that we have been delivering the e-learning course to our post-graduate students. The courses are well designed and very accessible, allowing me the flexibility to manage student access directly, as well as receiving positive feedback from students, particularly in relation to their confidence in moving forwards with their studies and into careers. I particularly like the new style of courses (such as AGILE PMv3) which has very realistic interfaces and student simulations which aide a deeper understanding of some of the concepts and techniques associated with these methodologies.

I attended the two-day Practitioner virtual course to help me prepare for the examination instead of going for the online-only alternative as I did for the Foundation course and it was the right decision as I would never be able to find the right way to approach the questions and how exactly they link back to the official book. Gavin in particular, the trainer, was incredibly helpful - from pointing out the pattern to the exam questions, to teaching us tricks on how to save time going back into the book and familiarising ourselves with the content. All that in a very approachable and fun way, which made two very mentally taxing training days feel like a great experience. Brilliant person - efxaristo Gavin! :)

I completed a week long training on PRINCE2 Project Management back in September 2026. As advised by the trainer I tried not to leave too much time to pass before completing the Foundation exam, unfortunately I failed my first exam by a couple of marks. I then re-took the exam before Christmas and unfortunately again failed the exam by only a few marks. I was feeling pretty down about it but ILX were great and offered me a chat with one of the team. I spoke with Gavin for an hour and he boosted my confidence back up, gave me some really useful tips about exam technique and then went over some of the subject areas again. I am very pleased to say I have re-taken my Foundation exam for the 3rd time and passed. Very happy. Thank you.

Over the past couple of years I have been working with the brilliant team at ILX. They are all very approachable, diligent and very helpful. I have asked numerous questions even towards the end of the day, or at times sought clarification and the replies are swift or timely, thorough, clear and concise.

We had a small issue regarding registration and it solved very quickly and efficiently. We appreciate this a lot.

We have engaged ILX to design and deliver project, programme and portfolio management training for an initial cohort of 19 colleagues representing a wide range of experience and seniority. We are using a hybrid model that combines e‑learning with instructor led sessions, and the experience so far has been extremely positive. Account management has been excellent, coordination and learner support have been seamless, and feedback across the e‑learning, the instructor delivery and the exam preparation has been consistently strong.

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team at ILX Group. From the first contact, they were polite, professional, and very quick to respond. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and they made the whole process much easier than I expected.
