Very bad customer service and working most uneducated persons in ikman.lk. They don't know at least basic common things about Software's (Software Name/Category / Logo's) and Electronic Equipment's

Ikman is very helpful and a easy way to trade.

No customer service at all.
Never responds back to you.
Ikman will only take your money.

Worst experience half of the jobs advertised are spam the date entry they as to deposit 400 and the give us freelancer sites .------- site

Dear Team..
this is to bring ur attention that i have uploaded one Add on a wrong time somewherer In April. Obviously Due to this situation globally we are down in various aspects. Paid 3600/= didnt get even single call and u have removed the add as ur terms n condition.
However my point is evan government has provided many relief for the country nations. wondering what is the reason being so much money oriented without re posting rather informed to pay again 3600/= for new add.
I,m really dissatisfied of ur pathetic decisions in this critical period.

25 of may 2020 I payed to my ads Rs1800/-
After that I didn’t heard any thing from them no contact no it s scam don’t pay any single Rupees මු හොරෙක් අපෙ සල්ලිත් නා. හ

I am an Australian went on holidays to Sri Lanka in January 2020. We hired a bus through ikeman.lk website and got stung for Rs 59,000
We hired a bus from a dealer who advertised on ikeman.lk
The business is called Colombo travels and tours.
A guy called c n wijetunga confirmed a luxurious 37 seater high bus for two days and wanted us to pay $59000
On the day we were stunned to see old ragged 24 seater bus. It was nothing like in the photos that he emailed
Eventually we refused to take the bus and tried to contact Mr wijetunga. he answered and said he will call back. after an hour and 100 calles no answer. So we decided to go with another company thinking we can get a refund. Bad luck we never got the refund. Made a complaint to police. Still waiting for a reply. Now we are out of the country I don't think we will ever see a penny from this crook

I hold a business account for advertising in ikman.lk for motor vehicles for more than a year and half years. The name of my account is UTB HOLDINGS PVT LTD.
When I pay the monthly subscription through credit card my account is debited but they always say that their account isn't credited. This had happened several times in the past as well and when I talk to the officer who handles my account - Sadun Somathilake, to get the voucher code, he refuses to issue it and say that their account isn't credited.

Absolutely unbelievable rude customer service team supported by greedy market manipulating management.
These bunch of thieves would keep ignoring your listing until you meet their requirements to make a payment as they wish. Let's hope the new government implement regulations to eradicate there type of money grabbing cows.

Good service, well trusted

Very rude customer service. I've had so much trouble posting with their ad reviewers not accepting ads as "miscategorized". They are useless and unable to move the ads themselves and ask us to create the advertisement again and put them under categories that don't even exist. No responses to emails and very stubborn when the fault is with them. Will never waste time with this site.

Very bad customer service. I live in Melbourne. Tried to advertise my property on this site. Customer service is Nil. Since I live in Aus, they said I have to appoint someone to do the payment through direct deposit or payment via Cargills food city.
Once the payment completes, asked to email the yellow slip. So we did.Took about another day since no respond, I personally followed up few times spending money for IDD calls to advertise on this bloody website just 2800/ box wasting my phone bills even more than that.Still the problem keeps dragging for 3 days now. I spoke to a girl called Chamudi, she asked to email white bill now. We already did that. I asked her to already send me a courtesy email confirmation once she received the payment. Still no reply. What kind of a service is this?i would not recommend this site at all. Specially for customers who lives in overseas. They are not professional at all.

At the beginning posting advertisements are free, but recently on they charge unfair prices for ads, and their membership plans are expensive.

But I should say that this is one of the best places to sell something quickly.
