Delivery was EXTREMELY late. When the product finally did arrive, it was not the one pictured in the photos. It was quite similar, so that a casual examiner wouldn't immediately recognize the difference, but the product I received was an inferior-quality knock-off. Stay away from this store or be prepared for delivery delays and disappointment.

scam site!!! You won't get item until you make paypal get involved then theyll ship it but it wont be the right size, color or item you ordered. Waited two months for disappointment and a item that smells like gasoline!!!

Ikiha is a scam for sure.

I ordered a studded matte black Starbucks tumblr on September 7th.
I should have been way more concerned when I did not get a confirmation email with tracking information but I decided to just email them.
A Mary F. Emailed me back with my tracking information which came up “not found” so I thought “okay yeah if it’s shipping from out of country I’ll give it that full 12-20 days for USA shipping” which the site guarantees.
20 days later and I still couldn’t track anything and nothing had magically appeared at my home.
I emailed again, 3 more times, each time being thanked for my patience as they working things out with their “shipping agency” because of high demand of the product. ???
I call BS.
It has now been 64 days and not a word on shipping at all despite being promised updates.
Today I emailed them back demanding a full refund. Wish me luck haha.

1 star is a lot. I wish I can give them 0 stars. I ordered a warmer early September. It’s November 9th. 2 months after I ordered and I still haven’t received my item. I opened a cases with PayPal and they said a whole bunch of lies. The shipping confirmation says expired. So I’m still dealing with them. Trying to get my money back. Save your money and time and don’t do any business with these people. They are very unprofessional and unethical.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a nightmare to do business with!!!!!!!

I ordered a purse from Ikiha for $44.94 on August 5th. Received a fake shipping number.

In September, I still couldn’t track the package. Wrote to the company multiple times. Finally got an email back asking me to “be patient”.

On Oct 21, I still hadn’t received my purse so I filed a complaint with PayPal. A few days later, I was given a valid shipping number. The product arrived on November 1, but it was damaged. It was in a thin plastic wrap.

On Nov 1, I changed my complaint from “did not receive the product” to “damaged product”. The purse I ordered doesn’t close. The company blamed it on being “handmade”. They promised “to do better in the future”. I explained that it was damaged in shipping. The essentially said that it’s not their problem.

Now I have to send the broken product back to Vietnam in order to get my money back. This company is awful to deal with. They are poorly run. The packaging is inadequate. They don’t take any responsibility for the products they sell.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Scam site, ordered a 40 detailed octopus umbrella, was sent a cheap £5 black one.

I too ordered 4 jack skellington warmers... Just got off phone with paypal and BBB.... Truly hoping I get my money back. They stole $158.00. FAKE TRACKING # AND FAKE CS NUMBER.... HOPING PAYPAL DOES GET MY MONEY BACK FOR ME. I EMAILED THEM CONFIRMATION OF BOTH DISPUTES

Scam just like every other review. Just got refunded from PayPal. Purchased item in September. Don’t purchase anything from lucky homie website.

The photos are fake. The products are not like on the photos!! Absolutely terrible experience!! Product for 85 $ beautiful picture on the website but the reality is absolutely different. Horrible experience with the delivery as well. NEVER EVER AGAIN

If you used pay pal just call and you will get your money back . Spent 300 dollars on Skellington warmers the first of September but almost 60 days later nothing . Tracking info is fake . This company is a total scam

This company is a scam. Luckily I used paypal and will get my money back. They never shipped my items and won't return emails.

Awful company, complete scam and no way of complaining, do not use, you would get more use from setting light to your money than buying from them.

Scammer. Do not buy anything.Goods never sent. Did not answer to emails until I disputed the payment in PayPal. Gave again a false tracking code.

UNFORTUNATELY I also ordered Jack Skellington Scentsy warmers 3 to be exact from Lucky Homie on September 17th. Tracking number does not work, constant busy signal when I call no matter what time of day it is. They replied to one email and I feel the email is also a set up. I didn’t listen to my inner voice to use PayPal and I used my credit card. They sure take the money quickly. I wish I would have done a trough search on this fake company. I thank everyone for their reviews and now I have to make a dispute on my credit card and hope I get my money back. Thank you again.

UPDATE: I did dispute my purchase and was refunded my money $115.80 and have found another website onlinethreatsalerts.com which posted this; Lucky Homie is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. Hope this helps someone.

Complete scam people. Do not trust

I ordered a bulbasaur smoking pipe, and it took 2 months to even ship.. They have horrible customer service, i’ve reached out 4 times and the first time they told me it’d be shipping soon(not even a month later). The other times i reached out, i got no response. I got my money back through paypal, they even were stupid enough to put a fake tracking number on the paypal claim. I finally got a working tracking number after 2 months of having a false one.. i got the item and it is NOTHING like pictured. I can’t complain because i got my 40 dollars back.. but it’s made so crappy and the person who tried to copy the pictured one did a horrible job. the glass is a different color and the paint job is off color and there are so many details that were left out. This is a terrible store. do NOT waste your money here.

These people now go by Lucky Homie. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I made the mistake of purchasing from them after doing very little research and not seeing anything pop up. Turns out this company went by a different name Ikiha only a few months ago (that explains a lot).

The guy's information on paypal is: Ureashi 4029357733 Sg. They are from Singapore. The number they have listed on the site doesn't work (only gives a busy signal). I set up a dispute on my card- will update if I get a refund.

Time for a class action law suit.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I should have known it was to good to be true but because they were Paypal approved, I thought they had to be legit. Received emails and even got a tracking number (of course it never worked). Called the number that they supplied to Paypal and a lady that could speak no english answered the phone. When I asked to speak to someone that could speak english she hung up and when i tried to call again there was no answer and said the number had been disconnected.

Praise the Lord I used Paypal for the payment. I filed a complaint through PayPal, disputed it and Paypal refunded me my money.

This company is going by several names. Ikiha and Lucky Homie are just two of the names they are using. Please be aware of these scammers!!
