SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I also ordered the Jack Skelington warmer and it's a piece of garbage like all the other reviews describe! Along with ther other reasons as well. I received it damaged too. I should have known better. 🤬🤬🤬🖕🖕🖕🖕

I'm extremely mad. I got the same as 2 previous ladies did on here. I got a plastic piece of crap that looks more like a night light than a wax warmer...and it uses batteries instead of plugging in. It doesn't even get warm or hot to melt the wax. Complete waste of money. Their phone # doesnt even work from the website. Imposters if you ask me. 🤬

ordered jack skeleton warmer and received a plastic knock off idk what to even call it. Didn't even match the original one and paint smeared everywhere on plastic. So disappointed and took 4 months to receive.

I ordered a Jack Skeleton Scentsy warmer as was described on their webpage, and I got a plastic Jack Skeleton. It was not Scentsy. It also took 3 months for me to receive this plastic piece of garbage. Not happy. Don't order from this company.

I purchased a reusable cup for Halloween on October 1st and to this day I have not received it. I’m only glad I used PayPal so I could get my money back.

Don't waste your money from this site, it's a scam. The item you order will not come in the timeframe promised. It takes about 3 months to ship to you. And to top it off they send you the wrong product and they say they send you an other choice to chose from and no they didn't. When you ask them for their address back they don't reply. Again DON'T ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

If I could rate them lower I would. Ordered a matte black studded cup on oct 2nd and waited almost 2 months for delivery with lots of back and forth with customer care that my order would be delivered, that they would follow up with me and never did, and finally that my package was lost and it would be another month before I recieved it. I kept asking to cl and get my money back and they ignored my request. Finally I received an email that my order had been delivered and was so excited I went to the mail and opened it and it was not even the cup I ordered I emailed them and they said oh we ran out of those cups so we sent u this one instead which was a cheap cup with a spider web vinyl on it that I would never have picked out or ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS

This company is the worst. It took 2 months of constant badgering to get a working tracking number from them. I filed a PayPal dispute against them and suddenly a working tracking number appeared after all of this time. When it did finally arrive it wasn't even what I ordered, but instead was a cheaply printed knockoff. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IKIHA THEY ARE A SCAM!

I agree with the other purchasers. This company is the worst! My Stan Lee statue took over 2 months to arrive after getting lost. It was incredibly poorly packaged in nothing more than a bag and one layer of bubble wrap (you got it...not even a box!) As a result, it was smushed, the hammer and shield were melted and chair broken. When requesting a refund and providing pictures, they begged me to accept a replacement. When I agreed, they went silent for over 2 weeks, ignoring my emails. I logged a 2nd issue with Paypal who said I needed to return it to Vietnam for a replacement with no shipping label provided, which I am fighting it is something I need to pay for.

COMPLETE RIPOFF OF A STORE. Do not buy from them. Ever. Ever.

I ordered a chubby seal pillow in September. The tracking numbers they have me never worked. After countless emails and threats to sue and get a lawyer, I finally got a working tracking number in November! After over 2 months, I got my seal, but it doesn't look exactly as advertised. It's a smaller size, and basically a knockoff. These people probably never would have sent my seal if I didn't stay on their lying butts all this time. Bottom line, I would not buy from them again. They are basically scammers and only out to get your money, and if you do get your item, it's cheap knockoffs. Don't waste your time, money, or energy.

I ordered two seal pillows on 10/30/2019, and got the pillows today 11/20/2019, I was very scared because the reviews are less than ideal, but my experience was smooth and the pillows are like advertised. Good store. Would purchase again from them.

SCAM!!! I am furious I ever trusted this company- total scam. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered and no item in sight. Each email I send gets a return email that repeats the exact same message- which is not true. I am contacting my credit card company to file a claim!

Scammers, Their website is filled with fake reviews of products, they use stolen images of products from Instagram/ Etsy users then the wrong items/ bad imitations are sent from China.

The website claims to be based in the US but owner is actually based in Vietnam.

Which comes into play when you have to send an item back for your PayPal dispute refund and pay a despicable amount of shipping fees which hardly makes it worth it at all.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Lucky homie and Ikiha are the same seller. I got scammed by both. Opened dispute with PayPal and got my money back. Provide u with fake tracking numbers. Send out same emails with different names saying give it a few days... nothing ever came. DO NOT ORDER from these websites.

I went into my purchase assuming it was a scam and I wasn't going to see a single red cent again. I ordered and then promptly forgot about it. Fast forward two or three months and I got an email showing my order had shipped after factory errors and should be there in a few days. Still, I was pleasantly dubious that it wasn't going to just be a picture of the item in question.

About a week and a half later and it arrived. It was a smoking pipe. It wasn't what was advertised. I got painted glass, it was advertised as ceramic. But it was still a functional smoking device, and it was still recognizable as what was ordered. They also packaged it incredibly well, none of the glass chipped or broke.

Honestly, I'm just thrilled it arrived and was in one piece. I'm more able to put it up for display.

Would vote 0 stars if possible. I paid $35 for a product that took over 2 months to arrive, and I know it was only finally shipped because I opened a PayPal dispute. Now, because it arrived I’m stuck with a low quality pillow, that arrived with a hole in it. Worse, I now know it is a direct knockoff of another’s product. The customer service is a joke. I contacted them numerous times and received tracking number after tracking number that didn’t exist. When I raised my concerns to them, they said to wait until they contacted me again and then they never did. I did all the work and still got burned in the end. They don’t take refunds and because it still looks vaguely like a seal, I can’t get my money back from PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! They are scammers!

Would vote 0 stars if possible. They charged me $35 for a product that was never delivered. The customer service is a joke. They asked me to bear with them and never kept me updated at all. I had to do all reaching out. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. it is a freaking scam.

This site is a huge rip off! I ordered a plush baby bat that was supposedly realistic as the pictures showed. I paid $30 and waited for weeks to receive a horribly made plush bat that looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I reached out to the company by email asking if I could get a refund and return it and of course they replied that it was not possible and didn't even apologize in the slightest for the poor quality I received.
