Would not even give 1 star. Overcharged to start then top advertised as 100% cotton/linen and top received 100% polyester. Offered £2 then 5 then 7 but no full refund due to expensive shipping costs. Definatly not a UK based company. 1 advert they had said they were based in Lanarkshire ,employed older women, manufactured in Scotland and some proceeds paid to a charity abd its all nonsence. Like many others I mistakenly thought that the company ukclothes.net was based in the UK. I ordered a cat print jumper for my wife and I received a totally different item about 5 weeks later. I asked to return the item and obtain a refund and spent weeks having non productive emails with the company in which they offered compensation of £3, £5 and £7 before then offering £2. Despite the returns policy on their website they would not let me return the wrongly delivered item. I eventually gave up and received a refund through my credit card company.

There isn't a zero star to award. The item delivered was shoddy, poor quality material with no manufacture or care instructions. The neck hole was not large enough to fit over even a small adult's head. Requested refund and was offered a derisory sum that rose slowly to just £7 of the total cost of around £25 with postage. Either they use AI to respond, or the responder has a very tightly defined libretto: the responses I received reiterated the language used in other posts here, e.g. that posting it back will cost too much, etc. The company is no longer responding to my emails and I have a completely useless item that I would be embarrassed to take to a charity shop and a £25 total loss. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible Terrible company. Ordered a christmas Highland cow jumper off these people end of November. Still not come. Email after email after email and Still haven't received a refund. Seems reluctant to refund me. Also was led to believe they shipped from Scotland. They don't. They ship from the USA. Stay well clear of these cowboys. Have now started ignoring my messages Wow. Just checked and I have been refunded the whole amount thanks to PayPal who i set up a case with

I would give zero stars if I could. This is an absolute scam of a company and they do not sell items that are worth even a third of their price. Badly stitched, poor quality, they refuse refunds, and they are actually based in China so you can’t return items. Please please save your money, this company is the biggest con and needs to be closed down by Trading Standards.

Shockingly bad.

Ordered a cat jumper that allegedly made in Scotland. Arrived from China via the US . Packaging was open and the jumper bore not relation to the one advertised colour is patchy and sewn so badly I can’t get me head through the opening. Really poor quality.
No response from their ‘customer service’ line. Please do not make the mistake of buying anything from them.

Ordered a highliand cow jumper. Made in Scotland, well so far ordered and paid in Dec 5th. Started to chase order Dec 19th, as a christmas present. Was fobbed off with its with the delivery company. Well its 24th Jan now and still nothing has arrived. So looks like a scam company, have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund as i had to go and buy something else now. And judjing by the other reviews the jumpers a nothing like the advertised jumpter which i believe is a breach of the consumer act. Stay well away from this company.

ordered a Christmas jumper. It arrived in January and looked nothing like the picture. I was kept updated about delivery but considering I bought the product from a company that I assumed was in the UK, I was amazed to hear that it was at US customs! When it finally arrived, long after Christmas the quality was dreadful. I contacted to say I wanted to return it. I was offered firstly £2 then £4 then £6 refund and informed that they were trying to save me money as it would cost me a lot to return to China!! This company is nothing but a scam - avoid at all costs

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the website that indicated it was a UK based company. My sweater took over a month to arrive and the quality is appalling. It is poorly made with a very poor/cheap material. It is so awful I will not weare it apart from decorating my housed.

This company is not UK. Ordered a highland jumper that arrived 5 weeks later and it was nothing like the description as sold. Wanted to return, but they kept offering £7.00 compensation to keep the item. In the end received a return address in China that would cost £20.50 to return. This is a scam, please do not use.

I ordered in November ,3 pairs of gloves , from what I thought was supporting a UK based firm just to find its not even European !!!!- still no delivery .... I will NOT be ordering again

Ordered a Christmas jumper on the 14th December, it arrived on the 7th of January a bit late for Christmas then to rub salt in it was complete crap, you wouldn't wear it. After complaining by email they offer you £3 then it rises to £7. They are a scam outfit stay away

Ordered to Highland Cow tops, took over a month to arrive, when they did look nothing like what I ordered. They said Made in Scotland - this is a lie. They have tried offering me £2, then £4 then £8 Compensation - ridiculous now they have stopped responding to me.....

I ordered a Highland cow jumper early in December, but it did not arrive until 8th January, this is because, in spite of its name, this company IS NOT British and so was shipped from USA( although I believe it is made in China).
Upon opening the package I noticed a mark on the front of the jumper, that appeared to be an ink/ dye smudge, this was very conspicuous and rendered the jumper unwearable. I contacted the company, sent a photo and asked for a replacement or refund, they got back to me very quickly and offered me £2 compensation, to cut a long story short, after numerous emails their final offer was £6. I recommend that you do not use this company, their customer service is appalling and they are advertising under false pretences

Absolutely shocking company. Do not waste your money or time, they are not a UK company and orders have to come from the US. Poor!!

I ordered a Christmas jumper which only arrived on 7 January. It was over £30. the quality is absolute rubbish. I have emailed them, they offered me £3.00 compensation, I refused, then £5.00, then £7.00 now £12.00 what a bunch of crooks. I just want my money back

I read the advert, made in Scotland shipped from a Sheffield address I thought ok so I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas with all expectations of a pre Christmas delivery. Well I was so wrong. The item did actually arrive 5 weeks later. The quality was at best very poor with low quality material and workmanship. Although clearly advertised as MADE IN SCOTLAND this Chinese produced item was very inferior. The tracking number supplied said it was coming from the USA and was only traceable on the link provided no other tracking site could trace it. When the track eventually stated it had left uk customs I enquired which carrier was being used only to be given a new tracking number from China Post which declared it had just left a Chinese international airport. After complaining about the quality and misleading production location I was offered a derisory goodwill gesture of £3. Communication with Ukclothes was to be fair not bad, they did reply to emails fairly promptly but with vague generic replies. I am not impressed by this company and cannot honestly recommend that anybody use them.

The clothes are nothing like they are represented online. The sizes and quality are very poor. They are portrayed as a UK company which is false advertising. More of my hard earned money down the drain

Despite portraying themselves as a UK based company, in truth you’re dealing with China.
Poor quality…the website images fail to show this. Usual China returns hassle follows with a meagre cash refund offered initially, then upped a fraction and still an insult. I shopped from their Facebook Advertisment link (fatal mistake and never again!) where they looked every bit a UK business. Shoddy clothing, appalling service.

DO NOT USE unless you want hassle. False Tracking numbers . Excuses. A month later and still no jumper.
