Ordered 2 Chubby Seal pillows on May 4, 2020. It is now Aug 24, 2020 and no pillows. Tracking says "Pending Shipment". I tried canceling order with Ikiha and no response. I tried contacting them several times and no response. Finally I opened a PayPal Protection dispute. They have 10 days to respond or PayPal will issue us a refund. Frankly I no longer want the pillows. I just want a refund.

I ordered a plushy bat toy. The toy arrived very late. To my shock the toy was not the same as the ad photos. Not even close. I showed the photos I took of the toy I received to show some (only 3 that I listed), I got no where. Don't buy, save your money!

uses other peoples products to promote their website likely scamming people of products. Stealing/profiting on the backs of small business owners and crafters just to fill their lazy good for nothing pockets and cheat people of quality goods, they even go as far as using the original photos with minor photoshoping.

A fraudulent website. False photographs, and objects. No return. And contacting customer service will just say nothing about them. Don't solve the problem, then disappear. I think we should complain about this website.

I bought a Baby Bat Plushie from the store Ikiha. The plushie was nothing like the pictures they got the website where I made the purchase.I investigated a little and i found they used the pictures of an artist that doesn't sell the plushies.

Be careful.

Like the others already have said: this store is a scam. They steal pictures of Etsy products- in my case, a very realistic-looking baby bat - and then, after a long wait, send you some cheap crap. In my case, a horrible little novelty vampire bat that looks like a teddy bear on LSD dressed up as Dracula. (And if that sounds kind of fun: not when you've paid $30 and an additional $8 for taxes)
I asked for a refund, got no reply. Contacted them again, got this reply:

Tried to get my money back through PayPal and they settled the case in my favour, kind of: I'll get a full refund if I return the item. However, sending the monster bat back to Vietnam (not Illinois) in a traceable package would cost me way more than I originally paid for the product, so that's not really an option. So much for PayPal Buyer Protection.
By the way, if you try to give them a negative review on ikiha.com they won't publish it, which explains their average rating of 5.0 stars.

I ordered what was supposed to be a matte black Starbucks tumbler. They took 3-4 times as long as they were supposed to. Come to find out they are not based in the USA like they say but in China. Then they sent me this cheap spiderweb NMBC cup. When I called them on it they said I told them to send me a substitution. I did not. They refuse to refund me and state if I want a refund I need to send the cup back and pay for the shipping. I have no return info so it sits on my table. They are a bunch of crooks, liars, and scammers. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered a seal pillow at the start of November. Got the wrong package that contained a weird cheap Halloween bracelet by mid December. I emailed them as soon as I got the package and their customer service stated that they will send the right package this time and that they will send me another tracking code. It has been 2 months since their last reply and they still did not give me an update about it or any refunds

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a Starbucks cup off their website, and they sent it to me THREE months after I ordered. When I finally got it, it was a cheap dollar store knock off that was COMPLETELY different from the product I ordered, and they claimed they tried to send me an email that the original item I ordered was out of stock when I never once got an email like that. The cup was 40$ and I tried to dispute it with PayPal but they refused to refund me because this scam store said they sent me a cup and PayPal won’t look into it further. This is all such bull. I’ve never been more angry. 0 stars and terrible customer service, 100% scam artists.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Jack Skellington warmer is not a warmer at all. They were late and it was put together with pieces backwards and it is a knock off. I am disputing with Paypal as Ikiha will not refund me, they claim it is hand-made and items may vary in color. What a disgusting company. Never order from them!!!!!!!!

Didn't receive the product but they claim it was delivered. They have refused to supply the signature from delivery. Total rip off, avoid like the plague!

I wish i never order from this place . CHEAP SCAM jack skellington warmer . plus broke and pieces on backwards. So angry... Never order this disappoint place .. It was late will not burn the wax .

SCAM cheap plastic nightlight got here 4mo late

Scam store . Takes months to send you a cheap knock off of the Scentsy brand Jack Skellington warmer . The real one is plug in electric. The knock off is battery powered. They used a photo of the real Scentsy warmer in their ad but sent a really poor knock off version. Do not shop Ikiha store. I contacted several Etsy sellers and asked them if they were selling their items in Ikiha store and they all replied no and that Ikiha was doing a knock off if their original item and using the actual Etsy Creator's photos . Run away from these scammers as you cannot add any comments or reviews to THEIR actual review page.

On Facebook page The Valar store scam and other other frustrating stories there are photos for comparison of the item received and the real Scentsy brand product. They would not let me link to it in this post .

If I could give them ZERO stars I would do just that.

I received I received my order today and the company sold me a Poor Poor Excuse counterfeit not a SCENTSY product as advertised on their page.

This is a piece of crap plastic made up in a box to look like a Scentsy product.

I waited 3 months for a product that turns out to be a fraud !!

I was scammed too. I filed a claim with PayPal. I received a message from the seller telling me the item is exactly as described and it is definitely not

I was scammed also. I just received my piece of junk "Scentsy Warmer". I wonder how much they made off of us.

I ordered the Jack Skellington Scentsy warmer..what I got was some molded plastic kids toy that even when you put batteries in it doesn't work! And I was sucker enough to pay almost $45 for this POS!!! Glad I used my PayPal and have filed a claim on it. It came in damaged and the bag was ripped and the box was crushed. I have filed a claim. Just wish I'd have taken a screen shot of what they described the item as. Hoping PayPal will make this right!

So after filing a claim with PayPal I have to ship this item back. But I'm going to check with PayPal on who pays that cost since it will have to go all the way back to Vietnam! Also I just found a screen shot that I have of the add they had showing the item.

Just like the others I was scammed by this company with the Jack Skellington "Scentsy" warmer. They even took the item off of their website because they knew it was a scam (It did state it was Scentsy and a bar warmer not a nightlight). Does anyone still have a copy of their item description? If I wanted a 2 dollar cheap plastic imitation from China I would have gone to Wish. It took forever to arrive and when it did the box was smashed and the plastic pieces were broken and falling apart.

I escalated the issue on paypal since it was not as described and broken and this is the response I got back from the company:

Hahahah ...always we do show the information (nice English BRIAN), and no you didn't since you claimed it melted bars and was a Scentsy item. Look sell your cheap crap on Wish for 5.00, if it's even worth that, but do not claim it's a BRAND name. Hopefully I will get a refund from Paypal directly.
