I am very greatful to IHNA for helping me pass my certificate III in Early Childhood Education,my overall experience was excellent but I wouldn't be able to do it if it wasn't for my wonderful teacher Seema, helping me every step of the way and always providing her lessons with interesting and exciting work.Seema George is an exceptional teacher who will always go out of her way to help you, I am very greatful to her for always being so understanding and caring .Thankyou Seema! ☺️

Very bad institute

I have enrolled s course there and attended 2 days. However, I had lots of doubts about the quality of teaching as the teacher mostly read from slides, didn’t really teach. Also, lots of Indian accents.

I decided to withdraw the course. All paperwork had been done but they still deducted my money after that. I contacted them so many times to ask for refund but still get the same answers saying that they will take to the accounting department and let me know but they had never called me back.

They said the policy is the refund returning within 30 days. Is it cheating? They took my money after I withdrew the course and kept it for 30 days????

Please think carefully before enrolling this institute

I had to defer twice before starting course , then started course 10 sept 2025, couldn't login, asked for help several times and hours latter got some response and still had problems, then when did attend meeting, apart from tech IHNA end, the guy was who was giving the 1.5 hr inro was talking so fast, a Indian lady asked him to slow down, he was same ethnicity and all he did was speed up.

I've missed 2 days of online classes due to this IHNA on tech stuff and incompetency of getting back to students to where to login in to online classes and help generally.
They say "a ticket " for help is raised and will get back to you in 24 hrs, i haven't had that privilege with an out come, i still can't login to where class is meant to be.
in my opinion this company don't care about helping stuendts, its about how much money they can make.

I'm extremely disappointed that I've been unable to start this course.
In my opioion, and this is my view only, if your considering doing a course with this company and spending your hard earn money and time with crap that doesn't , I would look elsewhere.

The frustration and disappointment I've gone through and still is , is not fair.
I sincerely wish other people better experiences than I've had.

Do not study with IHNA if you're looking at doing an Individual Support course. You will be left without any help. If English isn't your first language nobody will help you. The course will take a long time. Your placement is long and you don't get a job. Employers do not want people who went to IHNA.

I’m grateful to have completed my studies at this amazing college. A big thank you to my tutor, Richard Cornall, for his guidance and support throughout the course. I also appreciate Dennies Joseph for always being helpful and responsive. The learning environment was professional and supportive. I’m proud to have been a part of this journey.

Very dodgy school, very misguiding. I was discriminated agaist and marginalised.

Its all about the money.

They take advantage of vunruble students.

Worst experience, lots of miscommunication and everytime email to confirm the time its alway receives back they are not sure. When I finally got admitted the class already started weeks ago and now they told me to student suppose class as the portal shown 100% absent. Why should I have to miss work when you guys are the one that misguided me.

Great journey with IHNA, started with few humps and dumps but more you go, better the flow. Luckily blessed to learn from experienced and thoughtfull staff. Star educators of IHNA namely, Karpu, Biplob, Nadia, and specifically Roselyn who made extra efforts for tailored study material to make a smooth transition towards nursing career. Appriciation to admin team as well. Thamks a lot to the IHNA team. Keep it up 👍🏻

Studied DON on Melbourne CBD Campus. The best part there are the educators.Thank you Roselyn for being a great teacher. Thank you Biplop for your support. ❤️

After a long a pushy calls and emails to sign up with their course; I ended signing up and decided to give them a $300 deposit. Weeks later, the course hasn’t started and I called to cancel due to work priority. The lady Ayesha mentioned that I will get my refund back and after following their procedure of waiting for 30 BUSINESS DAYS, I still have not received my deposit.
Days, weeks and months of emails and phone call get me nowhere…
Then, finally someone from Account sent a remittance advice 2 months after submitting refund form, but was backdated to 1 month after refund form submitted, but still NO MONEY IN BANK UNTIL NOW (May 2025). Total of 3 months and no money in my bank. Btw, I think the remittance advice was fake, because I call my bank, and confirmed there was no money transferred from their account.
Don’t waste your time and money on liars, scammers, and slum-dog like these people.
For those who have suceeded their journey IHNA - congratulations - but those who changed their mind with IHNA, be warned and run away from these slum-dogs. I wish karma will bite you back.

i have a great experience with the teachers. they were very helpful with the studies and there is the best exposure to the practical class and different types of equipment. Ms. Rashmi yande is very supportive and helpful with the studies and have good experience in teaching and making us understand about the topic thoroughly .

I have studied CERTIII in Early childhood. Seema George is very professional teacher. She is very helpful and make you understand very well. I really Enjoyed studying at IHNA. We did learn about childcare settings, and we also had a fun. Leticia Co-Ordinator is very good. She is happy to help everyone as much she can.I really like her way of talking. I definitely recommend IHNA as they provide great knowledge through their courses.

I found the tutors excellent and informative. I was placed at great facilities for my practicals and enjoyed my time at IHNA.

I recently completed the Certificate III in Pathology Collection online through IHNA and had a fantastic experience. From the knowledgeable and motivating educators, Thilini and Poonam, to the readily available and helpful IT team, every aspect of my learning journey was positive.

I really recommend the certificate 3 in pathology collecting at IHNA Parramatta. They are really supportive from their online resources to the campus itself.
