Course 4 me are a great company to study with, from the very start I received so much information regarding the course and was so impressed by the professionalism I signed the next day. I have nothing but great things to say from admin to the tutors and support team each and every one of them went above and beyond. Either by email or phone always on had to help. The feedback for each assignment was so in depth not just marking competent or pending it was a detailed review of every question.

About half way through my Criminal Psychology Certificate, having been a crime buff for years, it has been amazing to get a deeper understanding of how the criminal mind works. Hoping to finish this year and move onto further studies in this field.

I enrolled into the Domestic and Family Violence Support course three weeks ago. The enrolment process was really smooth, Hayden walked me through all my questions and the support from Zyra and Annette has been really great as I am not the best with technology. I'm looking forward to getting really stuck in and beginning my journey in this industry.

Was just contacted by phone from Amy in relation to a child course I enquired about..
I now truly have no interest in this company given the direct harsh tone this person used before I had even spoken..maybe Amy should be taking a course in Human Relations as she definitely could do with some direction…

Getting my qualification from this company to get into my new career was so easy and on my own terms. The team is so friendly to talk to, they really listened to what i was trying to achieve and made sure i wasn't wasting my time with what they had to offer. I am now happy to say i have completed my course!!!!, Thank you to Hayden, Skye and the team for seeing me through, the support along the way was amazing! They are now helping me make connections to secure employment in my field. So excited for this next chapter.

Tutor support was really good and incredibly supportive the entire way through out my studies.
I would definitely recommend studying with Courses4me and will be back later on down the track.
They also have other programs to help students once they finish their qualifications such as getting hands on experience and also assisting with employment opportunities.

The tutor support you receive is from experts in their field.
I completed the certificate in child psychology as part of my CPD hours and I was very happy with the flexible direct debit payment plan that is available for everyone.
I saw some negative reviews and just laughed as you can tell they are people who enrolled into a course and then get upset because collection action is taking against them when they don’t pay.
Courses4me was very clear with how their direct debit payment plan works and I found it to be a perfect way to pay for my course without having to make any upfront deposit I could pay $25 per week until my tuition fees where paid off.
I have had 11 of my coworkers also completed additional training with Courses4me who also found this to be a positive experience, they are definitely one of the best online education providers in Australia.
If you are looking for a career change or just looking to increase your skill set i recommend Courses4me.

I received an invoice from a legal firm claiming I owed over 4000 dollars for a course in never enrolled in.
They didn't give the specifications of the course or time enrolled. I have never received an email from the college to confirm that I was enrolled and as far as im concerned why would I pay $4000 dollars for a course that isn't an Australian quality framework qualification? Needless to say i won't be paying them.

Excellent experience, After completing my drug and addiction support course i also went and completed my advanced certificate in counselling with Courses4me.
From the affordable weekly direct debit payments to the amazing support the tutor team provided me I am very happy with my choice to study with Courses4me.

Upon my graduation i have successfully found full time employment working at the Alfred hospital in Melbourne as an intake support team member for those coming in for drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

When I spoke with my advisor they were very informative and really insightful.
As a survivor of DV I decided to use my experience to help and support others that may be experiencing family and domestic violence.
The course content is excellent and easy to navigate, the student support is outstanding.
Once I finished my course I was provided with exceptional assistance in securing my dream role working within emergency accommodation for those who have had to flee the family home all within 5 weeks after I graduated I can’t thank Courses4me enough❤️
This work is incredibly rewarding.
The very few people that have left a negative review definitely do not belong anywhere within the FDV community or sector

They are a complete scam company and their “payment plan” is actually a credit plan with a third party provider. RUN! Do not use this company!!!

i loved my time studying the domestic and family violence support course with Courses4me.
The course is amazing and a must for anyone who is looking to educated themselves about family and domestic violence or looking to work in this field.
throughout the course i have been provided with the skills to assist everyone who has been affected by FDV regardless of age, sex, or identity.
The support staff are always happy to help and answer any questions if you need help.
upon finishing i was also provided assistance in gaining employment.
The entire process was flawless

Absolutely terrible!!

Was told I could do courses on a payment plan and it would be direct debited. They never debited any payments from my account (which I sent proof of multiple times) and they then slammed me with late fees and banned my account!
I contacted and paid the overdue amount and requested my details be changed to card. Was told they can't do that. Asked to change bank details, told they can't do that. Was told to contact NIMBLE who apparently funded this (which I had no idea I was entering a credit product either) and they are mystical bloody unicorns who don't know how to answer phones or emails.
I sent proof of payment via screenshot to get my account reactivated just to have it banned almost straight away again over a new '$15 late fee' that they didn't think I should need to know about literally just days earlier.

The very little access of the course material I have been provided with has been substandard at best. Marking takes FOREVER and I'm constantly emailed by tutors pressuring me to not do more than 1 assignment at a time yet if I do this, I'll literally never finish as it takes them so long to mark.
They've also just changed platforms now and require assignments to be completely different set ups with referencing and didn't think it may be important to make that super clear and provided no templates.
It's literally thousands of dollars for some slideshows and YouTube videos.

The customer service leaves a LOT to be desired and I'm overall really disappointed in how this has turned out as I was quite eager to get a few extra short courses under my belt.
