I had Thilini Thilakarathna as my teacher, she was the most patient , kindest and funniest teacher. She made the process go smoothly and the past 6 months have flown by thanks to my teacher. I'm sad that i'm finishing up with the course, I will miss her and my peers. I also had Nirmal as a prac teacher and he did so well making everything understandable, he is also kind and funny making the classes go by quickly

Dont want to give one single star but need to give because giving my review. This college is just worst . They do not have any admition management . I have been calling them from last 4 days regarding my offer letter . Just wanted to get pdf of my offer letter . They just sent me email that I had received the offer letter and didnt send any proof as a pdf. And they told me that I will receive a call from the admin whose name is Anumol someting ,and they told me that “she is in meeting “ which I had been hearing from last 3 days . I dont know which very special meeting does she have with someone that the person is not making her free from last 3 days . Please dont believe to this college . They are just gonna waste your time and wont give any reply to your emails as well .

very rushed and agreeable, but once you say 2nd thoughts, they seem to disappear. will report them if they take funding for something i am having nothing to do with.

I want to express my gratitude to my CSSD Certificate III instructors, Alexander Alex and Ellie Win, for their commitment to helping students reach their full potential. Their teaching significantly boosted my confidence during my hospital placement. Thanks to their thorough instruction, I was well-prepared and familiar with all the basic instruments. DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLEGE! This college has been nothing but disrespectful to most of their students. They are overcharging their students thousands of dollars for tuition fees and fail to follow their own policy and protocols when in conflict.
Do yourself a favour and RUN AWAY from this institute!

The college's service is poor. The staff is not responding on mail or over phone calls. They are very poor in solving any issues. They are not understanding the situation of any student specially international students. Students think twice to take admission in this college.

My expectations for nursing assistant course was high but the course was not up to the standards. No assistance from the trainer and then they when I keep saying I can’t attend the campus due to no leave as I work full time at a clinic they now want me to withdraw i don’t recommend this course to anyone. My first course was excellent with this institute and the instructor was really helpful

Scam done by Indians. All the good reviews here are all pathetic lies done by the organisation itself. The student orientation is done from a call centre India. Forget about english completely. Teachers are severely under qualified and lack basic knowledge of biology. Stay away. Its been 2 years since they couldnt arrange a class for me. Asking me to update my profile picture for over a year. I have plenty of proof.

The educators are very helpful and supportive.

I am on the way to finish my pathology cert 3 course, which is great and a lot of knowledge , especially Poonam, Joel, Nirmal- my educators is very helpful. They can help with any of my struggle as homework, online class, they will find me the best way to suit my timetable.

Highly recommend IHNA.

Recently completed my cert III in pathology through this institution as a rural student centred around the Sydney campus, my educator Poonam has been incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating towards myself throughout the course. Having to travel to Sydney every few weeks for live bleeds has posed some challenges, but Poonam has been understanding and reassuring the whole time, I can not fault her as an educator.

I feel more confident in my abilities to perform venepuncture and other pathology services after completing this course. I feel confident to enter the workplace, both in training and under employment thanks to Poonams thorough and concise teaching,

Pushy to sign up but once you've paid, they don't care! Terrible communication, lack of care, rude and teaching incorrect information.

One educator racially profiled myself and fellow students, calling us 'you white people '. No apologies, student support and co-ordinator couldn't care less. Unfairly targeted throughout the course because of our skin colour.

I had a great experience in learning certificate III in Health care assistance at IHNA, all the staff is very supportive. A special thanks to my educator Mr. Avramovic for being very supportive, friendly, professional and attentive to each and every student, making sure everyone was on board and up to date with the work. He was a great help to all of us as he worked above and beyond the expectations. Any queries were dealt in detail and with quick response time. I highly recommend taking up these courses at IHNA

What I like about here is there have only two days of classes which is good for those students who have jobs and and they have time to relax on their free days.

I have only been here for a month, so far this campus is really very good, friendly and also has clean and comfortable facilities. a teacher who is very helpful to me and easy to understand, I believe this campus will help me to realise my dream here, thank you ihna and all the staff here are always successful🥰❤️❤️

My experience is great other than a little bit of confusion at the begining. I'm about to finish my Pathology collection course. The course coordinator is really good. My educator is amazing and so patient. There's other educators as well that are helping us which is amazing. The time of the online course and going to the campus is perfect for me. I have kids and I do my course when they are at school. Everyone at IHNA Heidelberg are very nice and helpful. I'm sure IHNA in Melbourne CBD, Sydney and Perth are amazing too.

I am currently doing Pathology Collection with IHNA and will be finishing this course soon,
The teachers and instructors with this course are amazing and have been supporting myself and the other students every step of the way.
They are always available to give their time and go out of their way to genuinely help you. They are very patient and have a lot of knowledge in what they are teaching,
If you are thinking into getting into pathology collection I would highly recommend IHNA
