I LOVE Emma!! I paid for expedited shipping because I have a rave event I’m going to Wednesday night and my shirts are supposed to be here Wednesday and I wanted to 10000% confirm they would be and she definitely confirmed and made me feel very trusted! Also I LOVE her personality she definitely has my vibes! Need more people like her in this world🤍🤍

Joan was super helpful in resolving my issue to reinstate my store credit that expired. They were kind, prompt and communicative over email and was able to resolve my issue quickly.

My package got delivered to the wrong address by an external shipping company and was irretrievable. I contacted support and Ardie was there to help me with my order. They were nice, quick to respond, and very thorough. When I asked to replace an item in my order, Ardie remained flexible despite my difficult request and immediately processed the order for me. The order is now resolved and on its way thanks to them! If I ever encountered another issue with my order, I would choose Ardie to help me!

I had a package that was running late, so I emailed customer service about it. They responded within minutes and were able to figure out that my package was actually lost in the mail (not their fault, just an unfortunate situation) and gave me several options on how I could be compensated. Ardie responded to my issue and reshipped my order free of charge, AND gave me a complimentary upgrade to expedited shipping to make up for the unexpected delay in my original order. They responded very quickly and were super kind and understanding, and resolved the issue with a positive attitude! I can definitely see myself ordering from here again! :)

First off can we talk about how amazing their clothes are but they back it up with the best customer service! My account has my old address and I put in my new one for shipping but I had to change one size I was getting so it reverted back to my old address. I reached out through chat and spoke with Joan and let me tell you best customer service ever! So understanding when I was a nervous wreck and made sure to get everything updated and followed up with me to ease my mind! Now I will be looking like hot for decadence ♥️

I love the quality of the outfits and always get great compliments! With my last order there was a slight defect in the product. I reached out to customer service and Remie was able to quickly resolve the issue with a refund for store credit without having to send back the defective product at my cost. I have been very happy with several orders and the service so far!
