iHeart Raves is a great experience when it comes to shopping for the most coolest rave fits. They have so many options, the iHeart Raves team are all on top of giving the best customer service as best as possible, & I always enjoy shopping the many options that their website has to offer.

Something I ordered was out of stock, but Ardie caught it right away and reached out with alternative options. After a couple of questions, Ardie noticed the item had been restocked and created a new order so I could receive exactly what I originally wanted.

I was placing an overnight order, and at checkout I was asked if I'd like to add related items. I chose a couple, but it was unclear whether they'd be included in my same overnight shipment. I chatted with Ardie who looked into it and reassured me that my extra items would be included with my main overnight order so I could have everything in time to wear it this weekend :)
