I love that Ibotta has many stores shopper rewards linked to account. I also have had a few hiccups and Ibotta has always made it right or explain what the issue was and answer my questions throughly.

I was going to sign up for ibotta. But when I got to the birthday instead of having the typical 2/2/4 entry date, I had to scroll back manually for each month, starting today. I'm 66 years old. I made it back to 2010, then had to quit when I realized I still had 50 years of months to scroll through.

Linked cards don't work for cash back and taking the linked account off doesn't allow for receipts. It's a battle with most pictured receipts to even get the cash back then too

Waited all weekend for the offers to be credited and it’s still not right. I’m still waiting on cash back on two different receipts that the product scanned as being the correct product for purchase. This last one was from Publix. I purchased the Oreo btw and it says I didn’t. Also missing two bonuses.

I purchased the 6 pack of 0 sugar, sweet tea from pure life. I submitted the receipt. I also have pictures of the barcode from the bottom of the box as well as the front of the box. It keeps saying that it was already reviewed. And it doesn't qualify for the dollar back, which is a lie, because that's exactly what it's for I have pictures Of the box as well.
This jumping through hoops , after I purposefully purchased , an item is very upsetting.

I appreciate that you let me know when I miss money back offers.

If you miss a purchase that we have for online shopping we cannot down load the receipt later. We should be able to do both online and grocery shopping.
Also I am noticing lately the online is missing item for the rebate.

First of all I want to say that I absolutely love Ibotta and have been using it for many years! My husband teases me because I get so excited when after an hour or so of clipping, checking and cross referencing products on sale at Safeway I go shopping and come back with a massive savings on my store receipt, usually around 45% to 60% and then i hop on over to your company and submit a receipt with cash back that I use when I'm strapped for cash and the dogs need kibbles. My last shopping trip earned $18.35 from your awesome company!!!
I recently discovered the arcade and am really enjoying that because I was already playing word games every day, now i can get payed for it!
The user interface and graphics on the app are superior and so easy to use.
I basically love everything about Ibotta but I do have one complaint which is when I submit a receipt I turn the flash on and it lights up, when i take the picture it flashes like it should but the picture still shows up dark as if the flash wasnt used at all. This started happening months ago after using your flash feature for a long time with no problem whatsoever. Not really a big deal, just frustrating and its hard to get a good receipt picture to submit.
Other than that you guys are WONDERFUL!!! My husband and I love and appreciate your company and all of the money it has saved us.

Did not receive points for a purchased item. Reached out and was denied. Item scanned in store and in the app but not given credit for the purchase. Unable to find a way to dispute this decision

sometimes I really get some good offers here through the app, today I got amazing offers. Keep up the good work.

I am so upset I was in store and literally looked to make sure that 2 tubs of chex mix were on ibotta for 1.00 back for each. I bought both. Other wise I would have just bought the small bags. When I walked to my car to scan my receipt in it wasn't picking it up. I figured it was something I would just have to scan when I got home, but no the items were pulled within 10 minutes of me looking at it. There was not a timer saying it was ending soon. I think that is horrible and needs to be addressed. I have had that happen before , but thought it was just me, but this one I had just showed my husband and he said I needed to write in because that is not right

This is the second time I submitted my receipt and did not receive cash back from a product. I purchased sanpellegrino 0g sugar added 6 pack. I’m trying to figure out why it did not accept this. I sent a picture of my purchase which matched exactly with the offer. Hoping I could receive a plausible explanation.

It took 1 week & 2 submissions to get my refund. First time I was informed after 2 days that could not read receipt. I went back to review my submitted receipt $ it was legible. It took another 3 days to obtain my refund on resubmission. A lot of work for $3…

Normally I really like ibotta and would give it a 5 rating. But if there is cash back missing it is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to make it work as there is only AI to work with and there is no way to reach a real, live person when AI cannot help. I submitted my receipt yesterday and did not receive credit for more than one purchase. I scanned the bar codes and was advised that these were accepted and added to my submission. Today when I was advised of the cash added to my account I was missing the 2 items. I attempted to rectify this through the AI system and was advised that AI couldn't help me. I am hoping someone from ibotta will see this and help me staighten this out. This is not the first time that this has happened but up to this point I have just let go.

The cash back is not worth it.

Ibotta got right on my issue at hand and paid the missing cash from my previous purchases. I can always rely on the Care Team to take care of these concerns. I've been using Ibotta for years now and am very satisfied with their conscientious staff.I enjoy discovering new products to try along with saving money too! Keep up the good work Ibotta!
