I was able to find every item on my shopping list during my shopping trip to Food Lion. I even put in my phone number for the loyalty points to get a Discount on some of the items I bought.

I love how easy it is to get cash back from everyday items that I regularly buy! All the coins add up to CASH!!!

I am most greatful for the time and quality it took to review my receipt submission and credit it appropriately . Which allows me not to have to request missing items. I am most greatful for the time back in 2016 my friend daughter told us about the ibotta app and we all downloaded it and I have never been disappointed. Great App for saving on coupons, discount and bonus. Thanks,

Wow way to respond. What did we do now?
My rewards could be better. There are alot of great items. Our store doesn’t have alot of these. Would love to see more meat and fresh produce rewards.
The app is easy to use. Discounts are nice and would love to see more of owns I would use. Allot of us can’t afford to buy the more expensive items. Can we see more of the middle range products?

I had other stuff like laundry soap that I didn’t get this is always happening if I have it checked or not? Starting to not be worth the hassy

I am so sick and tired of this app's technology not being able to read receipts correctly. I am routinely scanning receipts for qualified items and the system either miscounts the number of qualifying items on the receipt or doesn't count them at all. I then manually scan the bar codes confirming the correct items/offers and submit the cash back request and it says "pending review." A day or two later once the receipt has been processed, 9 times out of 10 the system defaults to the way it originally read the receipt and COMPLETELY disregards all of the manual entries I made to try and correct the system's initial read of the receipt. I then have to escalate to customer service and explain why the system is wrong which inevitably takes up more time than the cash back I'm missing is worth. In my emails to customer service I have repeatedly asked not only for the issue at hand to be corrected, but for an explanation of why not once but twice I submit the necessary information to ensure my receipt is processed correctly and the system ignores those submissions and does what it wants anyway. No customer service rep has ever answered that question and instead just gives me the missing cash back, apologizes for the inconvenience, and moves on to the next ticket.

Ibotta is a tech company and their tech sucks lately. Do better.

I prepared my list of Ibotta items before I went to Walmart. When I was in the store I wanted to make sure that the 3 bottles of soft soap were the correct ones. I verified that they were. But when I got home and sent my receipt the soft soap had been removed from your items list. So despite the fact that I picked the correct hand soap, I was not given any money for them. At a dollar each, I lost $3. Plus I was going for the $5 weekend bonus if I get 10 items. But I didn’t get the bonus because I only was credited with having 8 items when I thought I had 11 items. So I lost $8 on this shopping trip. I understand you delete items at times but I don’t think you should do that during shopping hours; I think you should delete them at midnight.

It is obvious I bought 2 boxes of the ice cream and the agent purposely took away $3 from the account. I really used to love this app but some agents are so nice and some make you have to really work for money that is obviously something you earned . Shame

Twice I was not refunded for items purchased on the Ibotta list. The first time was for shampoo and conditioner. After bringing this to Ibotta's attention, I was eventually reimbursed but only after being felt like I was cheating them out of a few dollars. The second time was yesterday. I bought 10 Caesar dog foods as was the instructions. Each barcode matched. But I did not receive the $3 refund. This time, instead of being treated like a liar or cheater, I chose to just forfeit the refund instead of mentioning it to the Ibotta team. Bottom line, as much as I love using the Ibotta app, unfortunately they sometimes are incompetent.

Easy and fun to see the cash back add up.

Ibotta is a great way to earn money on items I buy regularly. I choose the items I plan to buy from a list of offers. I especially like that I get notified when I bought something that is in the offers but I didn’t choose it. I also like that Winn Dixie checks for the items on my receipt and I don’t have to submit a photo of the receipt unless I choose to submit it.

There is not enough generic brands. Need to include beef, chicken and pork. Include produce also

I had .40 deducted from my acct with no info why

I appreciate getting money back for something I would buy anyway.

This is twice now that the products pictures UPC does not qualify for cash back. The lays chips in stores do not have the correct bar codes. Now it’s the same with the must buy two General Mills cereal. I have pictures of all of the products.

I love saving money with IBotta. I love the fact that I can attach my store cards and save more
